Because I stayed for two consecutive nights, the room was not cleaned and I had to pick up towels in the lobby. It is recommended that there is a place to collect the used wet towels 😉

The location is between Sapporo Station and Odori Station, and it is convenient to go to both ends. Compared with other hotels, the new Otani is old, but the interior has been renovated, and the non-smoking rooms have a bit of smoke smell. I just checked out and the left can of drinks was in the refrigerator. I wanted to go and get them after six hours, but the staff went up to pick them up in the lobby and compared me to me. New Otani is considered an old-fashioned hotel, with good service and rich breakfast, but the room is small. The straight-line distance from the station is not too far, but you must find the right exit if you want to walk from the underground. We walked there based on the reviews of the original guests, and the tips at Exit 22 were very useful.
