The hotel room was big, clean, and bright, with lots of space to move around. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was really clean. It felt great to stay in such a fresh and tidy place.

The hotel is generally clean, safe and very suitable for a comfortable holiday. The breakfast menu is quite good. Eating at the hotel restaurant is not expensive. All these are the positive aspects of the hotel. However, they keep your passport hostage at the reception and do not want to give it to you until you leave the hotel. I have no idea how they can cover any damage to the passport. and actually a great irresponsibility for the hotel. But they don't even care. Finally, it is very absurd that they ask for a fee at check-out for the water in the room.

The hotel is located in the business district. There is a large and upscale restaurant downstairs. There is a bowling alley, a swimming pool, a spa, a supermarket, a hairdresser’s shop on the first floor. push

Definitely not comparable to hotels in China. It’s a bit noisy because of the crowds.

There are wedding ceremonies until 1:00 am at nights and it is impossible to sleep! Not paticular room, any room in this hotel! It is now 00.40, we have a meeting at 8.00 am tomorrow and it is not possible to sleep in this room!!!! I called reception and they didn’t even answer!

A traditional hotel with a great variety of facilities, e.g. swimming pool, bowling. A spacious restaurant accommodated hundreds of guests. Our room was spacious, but the facilities therein were old. Some lamps did not function well. Air conditioning was noisy.

Not the ideal hotel that you would expect when you come to Sarajevo. Crowded, noisy and a bit directional confusing toward the hotel entrance lift. Luckily the hotel is close to a shopping mall, where we bought some of our needful for the trip. I would not recommend if you need to stay more than a night in Sarajevo.

This hotel says 4 stars, I would say less than 1. Illegally kept our passports overnight?? Restaurant dirty, food basically inedible, staff couldn’t care less. Just the walk to the room felt unsafe, past a bar & bowling alleys, very undesirable and dirty. Never again.

Nothing will change, but it is right to warn. The hotel is pure industry, a transient hotel due to its proximity to the airport, and in need of a complete renovation. I would point out that it is a 4-star hotel. We stayed for two days, they did not clean the room, except to change the towels, they did not make the bed,... The breakfast sucks, everything is tasteless, ... the star should be withdrawn,... not to be just bad, the receptionists should be praised, they are friendly.

Very bad experience.. the waiter of the restaurant was very very rude and wouldn’t wait for us to understand the menu He himself keeps saying that he doesn’t get the menu very well .. we tell him about a picture in the menus he says I don’t know! I will definitely won’t come again because of that guy

This is the largest and affordable hotel in this area, you have the access to small shopping center and the staff of the hotel are so friendly, with clean and quiet rooms.

No water dispenser in the spa where the saunas are, but you can buy a bottle- thats not ok, you should provide water for free in the spa 1 out of 2 showers in the spa worked (warm is cold, cold is hot) If you want to use the swimming pool you have to buy a swimming cap for 2,5€ even tho I saw a guy swimming without it Free parking but you have to give the ticket to the receptionist every time youre leaving the hotel (I would have to wait every time because there are always guest who are in checkin or something) The ladies on the front desk are not so polite but polite enough for a 4* (this shouldn’t matter but ok) Our room could be cleaner but it was decent Breakfast was great!! Cmon you have plenty rooms making ton of money, hotel looks the same since I was a kid
