Decent Hotel.Friendly people and good ambience. Good Hospitality. A bit of vehicular disturbance due to closeness to main road .On the overall I am satisfied. Breakfast is ok . Typical breakfast with keeping Indian audience who are westernized. They can add more healthy and vegan options and marathi dishes.

Room Service was excellent, Staff are efficient. Amazing view from Premium category Room. Wonderful lawn, Swimming Pool, and child play area for my kid & excellent taste and quality of food. Enjoyed evening events of karaoke, Drum beat and live singing by James Vista. Special Thanks to all staff (Ajay, Deepak,Sakharam,kajal,Pooja & Ramesh.

I think it's been 8 years and we haven't stayed in a different hotel in all our visits to Panchgani/ Mahabaleshwar. Bella Vista continues to be a place we prefer. The rooms are spacious and clean with all the regular modern stuff. Staff at the reception are trained well. Our experience in booking on the phone and ok reaching there was very efficient. Special mention to Mobita. We had room on the 2nd floor. Great view of the lawns and valley with a lovely balcony. Wi-Fi connection was strong and around 90 mbps as informed by them earlier. Service at the housekeeping level and dining area needs some improvement. Old towels not picked up but new towels put, an issue with an electrical socket not fixed correctly, used dishes not picked up at the dining table. This is the small sort of stuff that one has not experienced at Bella Vista. Hopefully this is a one off. Food was outstanding. Breakfast spreads were great. They need to hold onto the person who makes their khari biscuits and patties since the layering was exquisite. Be it the omelettes or the Indian style French toast that we ordered as well as the ham, all were tops. For Dinner, we had the chicken haryali kebab and the paneer malai tikka ***** with the veg kofta - all recommended by the ***ager Ramesh all of which was fab. They don't serve alcohol. Signage all over the property is very clear and helpful. Ramesh the ***ager is very hands on and can be seen overseeing things on a regular basis which helps a lot. They need to bring temperature control to the pool otherwise it is not usable. Family spent a couple of hours playing cards in a tree covered area lined with floor beds which was fun. They have some events in the evening with drums etc but we were out in the town so didn't attend. Plants and greenery with a lot of colours were maintained very well. We used the play area a lot to play carrom and table tennis. Overall staff are very warm and hospitable.

Nice experience. Have almost everything for a wonderful family break. Located almost at the centre of all the attractions in Mahabaleshwar. Quality of food served is really nice although it could do well with some more options in the breakfast.

The stay at Bella Vista has been amazing. The staff is always keen to help you, constantly thriving to give best of the experience to the guests. The food is well prepared, the menu spread is fairly wide. The rooms are well maintained. Definitely recommended for a stay with family or friends.

The ambience of this hotel is very homely. Amazing food, staff and vibes. The ***ager in hotel always has a smiling face. This is my second visit to this place. It's very close to Mapro garden. Best time to visit is during rains however summers are also very pleasant here. Keep up the good work!!

Absolutely an amazing place to back to back again.. it is our consecutive 5th year of visiting Bella Vista. There are few things which makes it stand out from the rest - entire property is maintained to the best at all times (each and every plant for that matter) - staff always maintains the best hospitability standards - believes in best in class service - quality of food is neat and tasty with good hygiene And there are some faces which always makes you feel so warm and welcomed.. like ***isha Mam, Rameshji @ dining always on his toes to serve and the most humble and melodious James Biswah. They are the assets. Cheers!!

Premium Rooms in red stone wing with vally view is worth it & amazing. Breakfast spread is good. We had most of our meals as well, in their restaurent.Did not feel like going out of resort. They have activities in evening and nice kids play area.

It was really nice place for family and kids. We enjoyed a lot here. Service and food quality is excellent. I will recommend to visit. It's close to Venna Lake and Mapro Garden. Lot of activities for kids. Thanks for your hospitality. I would like to visit again.
