Very sad and bad experience to book this hotel, not recommended to reserve booking this hotel, I reserve on 30 July 2023, we book and paid from May and got urgent case then cancelled from June within refundable condition but now February 2024 they postpone and give many condition to refund my credit 1059 Euro. If you need to booking with this hotel be aware refund credit either refundable condition but they not refund to you, not recommeded to reserve, thanks

We had an unfortunate experience with the hotel reservation made through both Agoda and Direct booking channels. This situation arose due to the circumstances in Paris starting on July 12. We have taken the necessary steps to cancel our reservations. Specifically, we successfully canceled the Agoda booking and received a full refund of 357 €. Additionally, we directly contacted the hotel and emailed Mr. Nicolas regarding another booking totaling 702 €. This brings the total amount to 1,059 €. Despite our efforts, we have not received any response from Mr. Nicolas regarding the direct booking cancellation. We also attempted to communicate via phone, but the calls were answered and promptly disconnected without any meaningful conversation. It is concerning that the hotel has not been responsive to our attempts to address this matter. As customers, we believe we are entitled to either a full or partial refund. Clear and open communication is expected in such situations. We are disappointed by the lack of communication and assistance from the hotel's side. We believe that a fair resolution should be achieved promptly. Such experiences raise questions about the quality of service provided by the hotel.

i was happy at first, but then I realized they don't have a good bed and the restaurant is fancy but crappy. It's technically a retreat, not a hotel, because you stay in a "cabana" , a separate apar**ent. Sounds great, but wi-fi is horrible. The staff is very friendly.

This Hotel is Shabby not Chic over priced and needs many £££££ spending on it. Rooms are spacious enough our room did not have a view expected (garden Rooms) Breakfast was an occasion to forget when a dog / cat left faeces at the entrance of the breakfast room and someone trod in it and I had to ask the staff 2 occasions to clean up whilst other guest were walking around the mess and after eventually cleaning a second time there were still footprint on the floor. if you are coming to see the lavender fields done come after the middle of JULY as they harvest after mid July

Very good service and food was excellent. But the property need some “love”. Installations need some repairs and renovations.

It was already the 5th time I came here with a group of cyclists. There is truly no better place to stay if you’re looking for a good accomodation and delusions meals. They are very flexible and always ready to help Thank you Yves, Line and all the staff, you are the best !!!

Quiet place but not that easy to find. Follow the GPS instructions given by the hotel Attentive staff. Off the beaten track. Close to a Supermarche. Excellent breakfast buffet. We had issues with the lavatory though.
