I made a reservation, and was given room #110. When I opened the door, it smelled like a sewer line had burst. Asked for another room and was given room #309. The front desk couldn’t give me a key for the room because the “system was down”. I arrived at 12:20 a.m. and waited an hour and half for the problem to be solved. It wasn’t. So if I wanted to leave and go back to the room, I had to ask the front desk.
When I told the front desk the next morning, they gave me a key no problem. Breakfast ends at 9:30. I came down at 9:10 and she tried to get me to go back to my room so they could fix my tv. Why?? So I could miss breakfast and watch tv for an hour? This place is bogus. No discount or refund given at check out. Was told “manager would be in touch”.
