"I lived two nights in a single room. The room is very small but so cozy and a lot of light in the windows. Hotel is not new, but everything is necessary in the rooms is: bed comfortable, underwear clean, dark curtains, air conditioning, cabinet, refrigerator, safe, TV, tea, water, tea, sugar, coffee - you fill yourself on breakfast. In the balcony room, read that smoking is allowed and worried that there will be a smoked smell from previous residents, but nothing like that, everything is great. The rooms are located from 4th to 9th floor, the restaurant on 10th with excellent view, there is an elevator. The Internet is good in the entire hotel. The hotel has a feature - it is very close to a large mosque. Whoever sleeps badly, it will be very disturbing. Muedzin in September at 4.50 h woke 😊 Breakfasts are a variety of shiny, but something can be eaten. Around there are plenty of places to eat, as well as grocery and vegetable stores. Location is just apart from the big streets. 15 minutes walk from the Trabzon Forum shopping center, but in the hill. From the shopping mall it is easy to leave anywhere. And the airport and the bus station are also nearby. View from the window to the mosque and in the evening to the city. A piece of the room, it has the wrong shape, on the photo it is impossible to take a total 😊"

"Stayed at this hotel with my family, we had one room for four people. Overall, it was good, especially the location. It's convenient for both going into the city and getting directly onto the road to Rize. They have their own parking, although it was full, but there are places nearby (houses) where you can park your car. The only downside is that there's carpet everywhere, and it seemed like it hadn't been thoroughly vacuumed. In general, it felt a bit untidy, and the bathroom also. But despite that, the hotel is decent, and I'd recommend it!"

"The hotel's location is great. However, from now on, I definitely won't be booking hotels through websites. This is the second time this year it's happened. For this hotel, they gave me a room that was unfortunately under the stairs, if you can even call it a room. It was literally a cramped space under the stairs. I felt like I was suddenly in Thailand or Japan, but only because the toilet, shower, sink, and everything were crammed into one spot. In the morning, when I wanted to shower, the shower didn't work, even though water was running from the sink. What's more, the other rooms in the hotel, especially the suite rooms, are very nice. But mine was a standard room. Even after I asked to change it, saying I wanted something different from a standard room, they used the excuse that they had no other rooms available and didn't change it. My room also didn't have air conditioning, only a fan. Unfortunately, I wasted my money; I would have been better off sleeping in my car. I was very unsatisfied."

"Honestly, its location is excellent, close to the center, and the view is beautiful, but the hotel is a bit old, and the room's ceiling is very low; you could just raise your hand and hit it. It's only suitable for a day or two at most."

"We stayed in a suite at the hotel. The view was magnificent. I couldn't take my eyes off the beauty of the Black Sea. We had our evening coffee and breakfast on the terrace balcony. The toilet and bathroom smelled wonderful; it was clean and spacious, comparable to a 5-star hotel. The room was huge. The reception staff, especially the Palestinian child, were so kind, tolerant, and helpful. I highly recommend it. It's very close to the center, a 4-minute drive. The only downside is that the hotel doesn't offer any food or breakfast, but there's a supermarket across the street and restaurants nearby. It's on a busy street with affordable places to eat. We ate pizza for two, bought breakfast items from the supermarket at a good price, and there's a kebab shop right around the corner. We only stayed one night but were very satisfied. I highly recommend it."
