not so cozy & stingy

The room was impeccably clean and cozy, and the hotel staff were helpful and friendly towards us. The hotel's location was also extremely strategic, right in the heart of the city, making it quite convenient to travel anywhere. This is a hotel I highly recommend for families, business trips, and more.

Big room and good location.

Overall is okay... but cleanliness is just a bit lack.. the good thing about this hotel is the room is spacious.. the swimming pool is belonged to the neighboring hotel MG Suites so customers from MG setos can not use the swimming pool freely, we have to pay 50k rupiah per person to be able to use the pool... the other downside is the Parking area, from the parking area to first lobby there is no elevator so if you bring a lot of luggage you have to carry it heavily by stair from parking area to first lobby before you can take the elevator.. so it is kinda a hassle.. but you can drop your belonging in front of the first lobby if you dont want to carry it all yourself there is the staff offering trolly, at night the parking area is locked it is safe but become a problem when you want to go out at night or come back at night

Room quite spacious. Good location, connected with mall. Nice and quite clean.

We ordered 4 rooms, when we arrive at 15.30, only 2 rooms were ready, remaining 2 rooms were ready by 4.15. The room was spacious, need more detailing vacuum on the carpet edges, we requested pillowsheet replacement as it seems quite "grey" some of the towels also grey-ish, might reconsider to replace some of them. Loacation is very strategic, walkable to some of Semarang's must-visit culinary area. No swimming pool, check in receptionist is on 8th floor. They also have small convinience store by the lobby.

Good hotel in central semarang, Unfortunately there is no swimming pool because it is a 4 star hotel

Based on trip.com they have swimming pool and balcony. For swimming pool definitely they don't have. For balcony, they have but need to book with balcony with higher price. Room size is quite big.

Cheap price and clean, big room, nice lobby, no swimming pool
