Suisse Place Jiading New City Shanghai

Had a wonderful stay here! The room was very new and well-equipped, and the bedding was super comfortable. It's incredibly close to the hospital, just a short walk away. The staff were really welcoming and helpful. Definitely recommend this place!

It's about 1.1 kilometers from Jiading Xincheng Station, so walking takes a bit of time. The hotel used to be part of the Huazhu Group; its exterior design is quite grand. However, the in-room amenities aren't smart at all – the curtains are manual, the lights are manual, and the toilet doesn't even have a heated seat. For the price, the value for money is just average; frankly, it's not even as good as a Hanting 3.0.

The room was very spacious, and the environment was excellent. There's a self-service laundry room (with washers and dryers). It's very close to Baolong and Wanda plazas, and also near Poly Grand Theatre and Ruijin Hospital.

The room was quite clean, and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep in a generally quiet environment. The front desk staff were efficient during check-in/check-out and had a good service attitude, promptly addressing any issues. The room also came with a mini-fridge and a TV with screen mirroring, which was very convenient for business travel, and all essential toiletries were provided. The location was handy for commuting, and there were plenty of dining options nearby. If the maintenance of public areas and overall attention to detail could be improved a bit more, it would be even closer to perfect.

The hotel was pretty good overall. I was here for business and had a comfortable stay. The front desk service was nice, and the room was quiet—not noisy at all—so I slept really well! The bathroom facilities were also quite good.
