Very good, good room type, thoughtful service, robot food delivery, it's interesting to watch the plane landing at the hotel entrance, convenient transportation to surrounding attractions, very close to Hongqiao Railway Station and Airport, I will stay here next time.

The room was cold and the lady at the front desk had a bad attitude! The hotel environment is poor. Worst hotel in Vienna I have ever stayed in. Breakfast only has the staple food of cold pickles. Hygiene is also poor! The room is completely different from the pictures online. There is a large pillar in the middle of the room. It was only 14.5 degrees when entering the room, and the air conditioner was turned on for 3 hours and the temperature was only 17.5 degrees!
