房間冷，前台女士態度差！酒店環境差。住過最差的維也納酒店。早餐衹有主食鹹菜涼。衞生也差！房間跟網上的圖片完全是兩回事。房間中間有個大柱子。房間進去衹有14.5度，空調開了3個小時温度也衹有17.5度！

酒店這個服務真的沒話説，房間很乾凈，環境優雅，空間大，服務也很到位，位置離機場和火車站都很近，出門就能看到飛機降落，對於近期離滬返滬的來説簡直太友好了，酒店的服務也很到位！推薦

前台小哥哥的服務非常好，房間也很乾凈，主要從虹橋機場過來是比較近的。在這個酒店還有免費的機場接駁車服務。非常值得推薦哦。

房間非常不錯！就在機場旁邊。酒店還提供接機送機服務。特別是對於我們這些很久沒有回國的華人來説、真是福音。前台小姐姐特別好，看我帶着一個孩子，估計是考慮到得給孩子沖奶粉、又送了兩瓶水。
