早飯不錯，服務員熱情，因為下午有事，服務員還主動幫我免費延長至下午兩點，方便了很多事情的。同時送貨機器人很便利。

因為要儲存孩子的葯，所以提前打電話問有沒有冰箱，前台説房間沒有冰箱但是廚房有，可以存在廚房的冰箱，我打了兩次電話確認是否可以是否方便，前台都很熱情答覆沒問題，於是我定了兩晚。結果當天晚上換了前台服務員，帶我去廚房時就各種搪塞，説廚房東西多不能放，我看了能放，就交代她説務必確保不要移入冷凍櫃也不要取出來，她就説沒法保證。最後放進去了後第二天我又找前台確認，又換了一個男的，還是説不方便存，我説那我攜程定了兩天怎麼辦，他説沒辦法，我説我退了第二天的吧，他説你自己找攜程我們不管。最後他負責人出來説可以存兩天，本來我還需要再續一天房的，然後不能續了我又得收拾東西重新換酒店。我是打了兩次電話確認可以放而且不給他們增加麻煩才定的酒店，入住以後就得求着她們似的了，非常不愉快的一次入住經歷。

網上價格500有早餐。前台推薦我在店裡訂，500多一點。也無所謂了。誰知道第二天早上説不含早餐。訂房的時候可沒説。就送了一份。到了餐廳，服務員説今天吃早餐的人比昨天多了80人，這個吃完了，那個吃完了。我就奇怪了。人數多了，不會通知廚房多備？？？
