The bathroom in the room was leaking, and it was very uncomfortable to take a shower. The check-out time on Ctrip was shown to be before 2pm, but the owner asked for it to be before 1am. There was too much noise when sleeping, and I couldn't sleep well.

The room is clean and tidy. If you need disposable items, you can go to the front desk to get them. The service is good. We wanted to see the room first and they enthusiastically took us to see it.

The room is not big, but it has everything it needs, including a smart toilet. I have stayed here every time I came to Shanghai. It is close to Ruijin Hospital and has a good price/performance ratio.

To be honest, after the safety is installed on the door, it is a bit unreliable to open it with just a twist. I feel that the safety is useless. On the first day, I told the front desk about the smell of oil smoke and the bed sheets were changed immediately. Then I checked out early and contacted Ctrip customer service, but the front desk could not refund it.
