The room's cleanliness was great, and the bedding was plush and incredibly comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly. The bathroom's wet and dry separation was very well done, and the toiletries were complete and effective. Free mineral water, tea bags, and small snacks were all provided. I especially want to praise the snacks – they were excellent, and these small details were very thoughtful. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic, and check-in and check-out were very efficient. They were also quick to respond to any requests. The breakfast had a rich variety of delicious options, and it was clean and satisfying. The value for money in the Lujiazui area is truly outstanding. It's perfect for both business trips and short getaways. I'll definitely rebook when I come to Shanghai again!
