Full marks for the takeaway I ordered, but the robot was stuck while cleaning the carpet on the floor and didn't deliver it. I contacted someone to deliver it manually. The room is not big, but it is understandable in Shanghai where every inch of land is valuable. The air conditioner was broken on the day we arrived. They said that several guests had reported that the air conditioner was broken. But the hotel staff brought us a fan. Then the next day, we couldn't stand it anymore and changed the room. The weather was actually quite stuffy during those two days. Overall, it was good.
