We booked a non-smoking room with a city view and instead we got a room facing a grey wall and everyday I could smell so much smoking walking to the room. They also don't have a fridge in the room so we asked if they had a fridge in a common area perhaps to store food and they didn't even have that.
Good location and the cleaning staff were great!

The Location is really great just next to metro. A little difficult to find at first time. The room is good, clean and staff is nice. Recommend to stay when you visit shanghai.

Great location. Just 2 minutes walk to the train line. A basic hotel, but the price more than justifies it. Its new and very clean. Courteous front desk staff. Would stay again.

Bit difficult to locate the entrance to the hotel. A lot of shopping areas and you can buy. I enjoyed walking on the streets and running towards Shanghai tower. Breakfast spread is average but foods taste is good. Corridors are really old and bad smells. Most unpleasant. Hotel windows are small but it was ok for me.

Amazing location, it's across from Lujiazhui mall, very convenient. Room is very clean and modern and has a wet toilet/bidet (+++ points). Also has a laundry room that's free to use. Highly recommended. Only drawback is that they don't have a gym.

Firstly i did not find the hotel entrance
Room is small but is good.
Location is good and convenience, nearby shopping mall just across the road can be access to subway.
