I was very impressed with Qube Hotel. Although the hotel is a bjt hidden in a side street, and therefore a bit difficult to get around, the solitude granted for a comfortable, peaceful stay. The staff was friendly and useful and the hotel room was spacious and affordable. Very modern and functional! Would definitely recommend.

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. Only flaw is central AC which is not on if it’s not extremely hot outside. Staff didn’t have any problem providing fan into the room in that case.

服務極其極其差，差到不能再差了！外賣到了，下去取，本來以為在圖二畫圈的位置結果沒有。不知道存放在哪裡就問了下前台，很輕飄且沒什麼禮貌的語氣説了句往裡走。往裡走找了一下沒找到，就再次返回問具體在哪，前台這位又來了一句一直走就看到了。對他這種溝通方式我是不接受的，而且表述很不清晰。我還是很禮貌地問了句：“能麻煩你帶我去一下嗎？”這個時候他很乾脆的回答了一句：“帶不了。”我走到了前台又問了一句：“能麻煩你帶我去嗎？”他瞥了我一眼。旁邊的另外一位前台小哥很聰明且禮貌的説：“我帶您去。”圖中視頻是我取完外賣回來和他對峙的畫面，他看到手機錄像就沒有了剛剛的囂張氣息。
需要強調的是，當時前台非常不忙，一個客人也沒有，兩個人在前台站着。就這垃圾服務，第二天我果斷退房了！

天氣雖冷，前台接待的幾位非常熱情，打掃衞生的保潔員也很盡職，房間非常乾淨。早餐一如既往的豐盛，熱牛奶好像不提供了，希望以後還能有。
