The air conditioning gave air with bad smell. Need to be cleaned. I switched it off during my stay and opened the windows. There was long hairs on the floor by arrival. Everything else was fine. Location is great on street with many bars restaurants. Much activity. My room had a nice view.

Very central location, less than ten minutes walk from South Shaanxi Road station. Lots of chic cafes and bars next door, a swimming pool and gym, everything is very new and clean. There’s a coffee machine in each room, nice toiletries and teas, and a high tech toilet. The room is compact, there could be a bit more room for storage, but overall well planned, with many plugs. The bed is very comfortable and staff speak English and are helpful and efficient. No view to speak of, but very quiet and pleasant stay. Pricey, but would recommend if you wanted somewhere very central in the heart of the action with lots to do nearby. There is also a 500 rmb deposit, and/or half the amount of the hotel stay taken as a preauthorised deposit by Trip, which should be returned after the stay.

Freshly renovated hotel in a great location.
Very quiet, no noises from outside, good quality of sleep - comfortable bed and pillows.

It was pleasant experience stay in Donghu Collection Hotel. We were very well enjoyed its cleaness/service/amenities. Even its a Four star hotel but definitely in Five star service experience. All staff in hotel are nice, friendly and helpful. It's convenient location for easy access to all other facilities, eg. Subway, shopping mall, restaurants, etc. Thank you Donghu Collection Hotel, I'm sure will see you again in near future. 😀 (Btw, I was impressed of its robot room service too 😅)

Perfect location! Great pool. Would immediately go again. Only difficulty to book airport transfer beforehand over the phone.

Location is great and easy to find food. Less than 10min walk to IAMP mall and more to huaihai road. 5-8min ride to French concession area if you are not walking in hot or cold weather. Nothing to fault this place as it was clean and well located. But we cannot seem to get much recommendation from staff in massage.x foods and etc. Room is small and we coped. Button to get them to turn down the roll can be misleading. We thought we requested but it was not done on 2 of the days. Will not go wrong if you are one who is well researched and k wk wait you wanna do.
