I’ve never been in such dirty hotel room. It was disgusting. Cleaner didn’t make my bed, floor was a little slippery (oil? very strange). Windows, glass of shower door, mirror, sink… everything was dirty! Moreover, water in the sink practically not coming down (the pipes were clogged?). Cigarette butts between two windows… Dirty ceiling and walls. Oh, my god!
But the reception was nice and clear, also as a staff.

This time we booked a room for 3 nights, mainly because my child was going to Shanghai for the postgraduate entrance examination. We arrived in Shanghai 2 nights in advance to acclimate ourselves to the environment. However, the soundproofing of this hotel was very poor. The sound of people talking in the neighboring rooms and flushing the toilet were very loud. The bed sheets were dirty and had hair on them. So we re-booked the Four Seasons Hotel Chenda Road that night. This all season hotel did not disappoint me. It is clean, quiet and comfortable. I am not a shill, I recommend staying at all season hotel. This garbage.

I don't want to say much about the hair on the bed and floor. The kettle was disgusting. I was asked to get a quiet room, but I got a room near the elevator. It was past 11pm and the neighbors were talking very noisily. I called the front desk and knocked on the door, but they told the neighbors to give my room number and said that my room was noisy. Oh, the service and hygiene are speechless.
