I was very surprised by the service of this hotel. I had a terrible experience with a similar one, so I didn’t expect much, but they did their best to prove they were reliable and convenient choice for a layover.
At first, my mom and I got left behind by the hotel’s free shuttle bus service. The driver didn’t mind me when I was trying to stop him. Good thing the hotel staff were always available to chat via email since I don’t have WeChat, and they sent a car to pick us up.
A huge plus that they don’t lie about their shuttle bus schedule. It was exactly the same as they promised it in my hotel booking. We had a good rest until our next flight and were brought to the airport by the shuttle. A hotel staff member rode with us and help with our luggage.
The hotel was very clean and the room was spacious enough. It was quite cold so we turned on the aircon and 20C made it cozy.
We had some annoying moments with our neighbors who were noisy and smoked even if it’s not allowed in the hotel. I emailed the staff and they fixed he problem quickly.
I would like to mention that everyone was very friendly and helpful, unlike in the other hotel. I’ll made a review for that too.
Thank you so much for your hospitality! I would definitely come back if I have a layover in Shanghai🙂
