Highly recommended this foreigner friendly hotel to someone who visit Shanghai. This hotel serves quite a variety of breakfast include local Shanghai dishes as well as international breakfast. Love their mattress quality and own brand pillow which is so comfy and soft. Overall we really enjoy the stay with Atour S Hotel at Lujiazui and special thanks to the receptionists who served us well with patience and professionalism. Definitely will come back if we stay in Shanghai again.

Very convenient, off of line two. Just remember when you go in the elevator to the 33rd floor is only on one side.

Convenient location right next to the subway station. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Great western and chinese style breakfast. Definitely get a bowl of freshly made wontons or noodles.

Staff excellent warm services ， breakfast can be better, need to change toilet n shower bit old but overall good

Service was average as their air-heater is not ready however temperature in Shanghai has started to drop to 5 degrees in the night.
Besides staff service is average and room is over-rated

All was great. Only one thing I would ask to add - the 2-8 degree refrigerator, it is very convenient to have it in your room

Nice comfortable hotel. A couple of hundred metres walk to the subway. Good location. Breakfast good mixture of Chinese and western food

A little smell in the room . No entry hall way in first floor , so no car can drop you , or pick you up at the door . Checking in hall way is at 33 floor . Front desk people is very helpful . I love my room with bike to exercise.
