The room was quite nice. I watched the aunt clean it with my own eyes. She swept and mopped the floor. She was very hardworking and made it very clean.
The environment was also good. The river was right outside the door. You could camp and stay in a B&B.
The only drawback was the poor sound insulation. Maybe B&Bs are more suitable for gatherings, so some people were still cheering upstairs at 2 a.m. on the night we checked in. Maybe there was no management or anything, so I didn't sleep well that night. Everything else was good.
It was not a few minutes' walk from Zhujiajiao Ancient Town as mentioned in the comments. It took about five or six minutes to walk to the gate of the community, and about ten minutes to walk to the entrance of Zhujiajiao Scenic Area.
