The most beautiful hotel! The room was spacious with a separated tea room, the view is just stunning! It is a perfect place to enjoy a weekend outside of the busy city and just immerse in ancient time! The lady who works in the hotel was very welcoming, she provided with a map, without which it would be very easy to be lost in the maze of old streets. And the best part:it was warm and cozy, which is a treat in November in Shanghai

The hotel is very nice, located in a historical building right in the centre of Zhujiajiao, a historic water town on the outskirts of Shanghai. The room I stayed was nice and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

It is an amazing little inn type of lodging. In the morning, you wake up to a refreshing and beautiful river view. You have to carry your luggage up the stairs to the room though.

A lot of room for improvement, especially in terms of cleanliness

Me and my friend got an entire loft for ourselves. The interior in the night with lights on gives vibe of the Harry Potter movie which I am a big fan of 😸😸. No surprise, I enjoyed my 2 nights there. The hotel located inside the town, was convenient to roam around. Friendly owner.

Convenient for travel, there are many snacks nearby, the proprietress also gave us delicious coffee, the view outside the room is beautiful, the room is clean and tidy, it is very suitable for weekend vacation, I will book this hotel next time.

The rooms facing the river have a nice view👍. The store is mainly a teahouse, with coffee and fast food. The store is very beautiful and a good place to drink tea. The owner and the staff are very polite and caring. The boss lady also gave me an extra cup of coffee. The auntie in the store makes great coffee. Recommended!

A very stylish homestay, facing the water, is located in the Zhujiajiao scenic area. You can experience Zhujiajiao's quaint architectural style and simple folk customs as soon as you go out. As the Chinese New Year had just passed, we "booked" the entire second floor when we went there, enjoying the open-air balcony on the second floor and the super-large tea room on the first floor. On the balcony on the second floor, we sat lazily on the sofa, quietly watching the pedestrians on the bridge, basking in the warm sun, and drinking coffee. It was really comfortable. It was just the coldest weather in Shanghai, but fortunately we had an electric blanket.

The price of the B&B in the ancient town did not increase significantly during the festival, which was very reasonable. It happened that the cold wave came, and the old house was indeed very leaky, but fortunately the air conditioner and electric blanket were very powerful. The owner also has two teahouses, and the free coffee is very good. It should be better to stay in the summer

A family came to the ancient town and saw the pictures of the rooms of this hotel and liked it very much. They wanted to book it. But they saw someone commented that the first floor was so cold that they caught a cold, so they were a little hesitant. Then they looked around and decided to try this fifth homestay in the ancient town. Anyway, it was only one night. Fortunately, they booked it without being misled. Hahaha, it was very good value, the room was very good and comfortable, and this small wooden homestay actually had a large air conditioner, which was incredible. And for northerners, it is not easy to adapt to the damp and cold weather in Shanghai during this season. They also thoughtfully laid water-heated electric blankets, and the family spent a happy and comfortable day. Their coffee is really delicious and highly recommended. The scenery in their teahouse is super beautiful, and the room is clean and hygienic. Anyway, I will come again next time.

The air conditioner downstairs is so cold that my husband caught a cold... The rest is ok... I want to experience the old wooden structure and stay here for a few days. But you must pay attention to the room temperature in winter... The coffee is delicious and the aunt is very polite.
