Located in the bustling area of ​​Napahai, the hotel is quiet and will not be affected by tourists visiting nearby. The terminal of the Napahai sightseeing bus is 100 meters away from the hotel; if you want to travel around the lake, you don't necessarily need to drive yourself. There are also several coffee shops near the hotel, where you can spend a leisurely day. The hotel also has a restaurant, which can solve three meals a day. The hotel's waiters are very friendly and respond quickly.

Special afternoon tea, caring and gentle service, home-cooked dinner and cocktails that far exceeded expectations, thoughtful hotel facilities, and a quiet environment at night, a perfect accommodation experience. The housekeeper knew that we were leaving early in the morning, so he brought a large bag of breakfast to the room in the evening.

This was the best accommodation I've had on my trip to China so far. The view of the Napa Sea is also very beautiful, and the accommodation blends well with nature and the village, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The interior of the accommodation was clean, luxurious, and natural. The food was also very delicious. The most satisfying thing about it was the service of the staff. I came from Korea and can't speak any Chinese, but there was someone who was fluent in English, so I was very grateful that they explained everything to me. Visiting a ******* family was also very informative. It was a truly touching day.

We came to Shangri-La to watch migratory birds in winter, so we stayed near Napahai. We found Xilinyuan Nada Courtyard on Ctrip. Because it was off-season, the housekeeper took care of all the work during the whole trip, helping us with luggage, checking in, ordering and serving meals, and delivering goodnight milk in the evening. She also served as a shop attendant. Since the lights in the store were not bright, she brought table lamps for us to choose freely. Knowing that we were going to watch birds, she told us where to watch and also prepared binoculars for us. The courtyard is only a dozen minutes' drive from the bird watching horn and velvet racecourse. We were very lucky to see black-necked cranes, bar-headed geese, etc. The room in the courtyard is clean and has floor heating. The bed is very comfortable. In the morning, you can see the sunrise through the glass window, which is very beautiful. When I was having breakfast, I found bar-headed geese in the courtyard, and took a lot of photos.

I am a fan of Zhenjing Xilinyuan. I like it very much. I like the environment and facilities, but I also like its culture.
