Everything was perfect! Got a free railway station pick up as well. Location great, room clean and spacious. Bonus- Owners have a cat and a dog!

Dishonest Practices, Broken Promises & Unacceptable Stay We had reserved a room at another hotel, but upon arrival, we were unexpectedly redirected to this property without any prior notice or consent. To make matters worse, the welcome fruits that were clearly included in our booking package were never provided. Our experience was unacceptable for multiple reasons: • Unauthorised hotel transfer: We specifically chose our original booking for its prime location and amenities—neither of which were honored. • Missing promised perks: The welcome fruits, which were part of our paid package, were never delivered. • Price discrepancy: Research shows this hotel’s rates are 30% lower than what we paid for our original booking—yet no refund or compensation was offered. • Relentless construction noise: Three active sites surrounded the hotel, with drilling and banging. • Zero accountability: Management ignored all complaints—about the unauthorized switch, missing amenities, and noise—showing complete disregard for guests. This seems intentional: The hotel appears to exploit travelers, particularly those unfamiliar with the area, by baiting them with better properties and perks, then delivering an inferior experience. Final verdict: Dishonest, unprofessional, and outright disrespectful to paying guests. Do not book here—you’ll likely be misled, overcharged, and ignored when issues arise.

We have a good experience staying at this lovely Hotel. Well decorated, so green and distance to Dukezong old city within minutes. Plus point: - Two ladies at front desk are so helpful, arrived at hotel and they help to carry the bags and provide free Fruits as promised. They must be very strong with this high altitude. - Provided breakfast with Yunnan noodles which is yummy. Although they just open at 8.30 for breakfast, but they let us eating before 8.30 - you can also do your ethnic clothing with make up inside the hotel - before the check in, they have communicated with us through wechat. They even try to fix my wechat of which suddenly cannot login. Although at the end still cannot login but Thank you for the effort Minus point: nothing I can think of

Everything was good. The hotel workers give their best to communicate and help in any case.

Room is huge and very comfortable.  Location is walking distance to ancient town, however road is narrow for van to enter.  Upon arrival, fruit basket and hot milk sent to our room.  Design of the hotel is very nice.  Simple breakfast with coffee.
