Perfect location facing Napai Lake’s grasslands—breathtaking views! Rooms were fantastic with ultra-comfortable beds. Loved the projectors for family movie nights after exploring Shangri-La.
Minor suggestions:
- Service felt occasionally strained via WeChat (e.g., room service requests). A touch more hospitality would enhance the experience.
- English/Mandarin manuals would help guests navigate the smart room tech.
- Consider eco-friendly alternatives to disposable towels.

Great location right next to the Napa Valley. The scenery in the day is amazing. And at night during cloudless nights you will be able to see the night sky with lots of stars.

Love this hotel. Everything is perfectly fine the room, the view and the host. We got welcome drinks and snacks. The smart room is clean with beautiful view. They have washing machine and dryer in room which is a bonus point. We can do laundry in the room. Despite the language barrier, the host is so helpful and help send us to the railway station. Maybe host can provide electric bike for guests to move around the lake in future. Other than that Im soo in love with this place.

great accommodation! beautiful view right in front of our room. Guo Zi, upgraded our room for us and we had a splendid stay here. would highly recommend this place. there is a very cute and friendly alaskan malamute here too!

Facilities are very complete, beautiful and also comfortable. Technological convenience with the help of AI. Also, greeted with cute and friendly huskies. Also available with breakfast. We are delivered to the train station for free. Even the owner is very nice and gives good hospitality

This is the best hotel in Shangri-La, Napahai area. We looks like live in a rural area where ships, cow and horse pass by in front of our room door, with the beautiful grassland.
But the amazing things, they have very good and clean bed, dyson hair drier, smart toilet, washing machine, projector tv and automatic screen. Feels like stay in 5 star hotel.
The owner is really nice too.

Amazing view from the room, to be honest you can look all day at the view and never get bored. Owner really kind, arranged horse riding, gave us a lift to old town, coffee extremely good, afternoon tea same, they have a playful dog. We liked everything, especially the view from the room, did i mention it?

1. The room are nice decorated and with smart home facilities like voice control etc and they prepare amenities for kids if you stated in booking remark
2. Free Afternoon Tea is a plus and breakfast is included
3. Owner provide a lot of snack and survenior for kids
4. Even though the far from city area, some restaurant in ******* app still allow to send the food to us with RMB 40 + delivery, that is good for us
5. If you are looking for good scenery and quiet place , this place is good for you :)
