Cozy and comfortable stay. The room is clean and equipped with heater, oxygen generator. Strategic location just 5 mins walk to the ancient town. The boss is friendly and helpful. Recommended stay in Shangri-La.

Foreigner is accept. The room was clean and cozy with electric heating blanket. The owner was very nice, can communicate in English and via google translate. The hotel is located in the alley, my driver call to the hotel staff for pick up on street. One set of breakfast. Only one thing that I dont like is strong smoking smell in the lobby but its unavoidable.

Excellent location - on the edge of Shangri-La old town. The owners of the hotel will kindly pick you up and drop you off at the train station for free. Lee is very kind and helpful with any questions you have about getting around Shangri-La. The hotel itself is really beautiful with a lovely courtyard. There is a simple but good breakfast available. This is an excellent choice for Shangri-La. Only things to note are that there is no minibar/fridge in the room contrary to the room description, and the heating for the room is automatic and not controlled by the individual rooms. The heating is also only underfloor heating. I felt quite cold in the evening as a result but this may not be a problem for everyone.

The owner is so kind and they even drove us to the airport for free! The room is very nice, even has a heater in the beds. 100% recommend!

The hotel is conveniently within 5 min walking distance to the prayers wheel. There is a bus stop close by 3 min walk that will take you to most of the sightseeing spots including the Potatso national park. Above all, the concierge service at the hotel is immaculate!!! We stopped by Shangri-La as a transfer port for our Tibet trip. We arrived at 10 PM at the airport, the host was kind enough to pick us up after we landed and drop us off the next day. Not having to worry about transportation is a plus when you’re traveling aboard. The room and breakfast were as advertised. We appreciated the oxygen machine and the humidifier in the room. The overall experience is great and we’ll definitely book again if we are in the area again.

I had such a great stay at Lanyun Inn. Upon arriving at this quiet and comfortable Inn, I was immediately impressed by how spacious and inviting my room was. It came with heated floors, a comfortable bed, hot water, great wifi, and very convenient location. I got the best sleep here throughout my entire stay in China. I'm not sure if the girl working the front desk is the owner or not, but she is so nice. She helped me bring my bags to my room, answered any questions I had, and took me to the airport at 6am - no questions asked! I have to say the hospitality at Lanyun Inn is some of the best I've come across throughout my travels. Thank you so much for making my stay so great and I highly recommend staying here!

Very helpful, room was comfortable and had everything needed . for our 3 night stay . Breakfast was simple but fine . Even gave us a ride to airport on our departure day !

Owner is superb service

We’ve had the most fantastic stay here in Shanghai-La, thanks to the amazing hospitality at Lanyun Inn. The breakfast is fantastic, the owners are always willing to help out with any request, be that restaurant recommendations, organising day trips, or helping out with laundry. Highly recommended.

The boss and his wife are very hospitable and cared about any questions we had. The auntie is also cute and talkative. The location is very good, right in Dukezong Ancient Town. It is convenient to rent a car nearby, and you can walk to eat. There are many choices for makeup and styling!

The boss is very nice. He upgraded the room when we arrived. The room is equipped with an oxygen machine and the hot water for bathing is very comfortable. The homestay is very close to Dukezong Ancient Town. It takes only 5 minutes to walk to Moonlight Square. There are many places to eat around. Facilities: The decoration is quite new and fully functional Hygiene: No problem with hygiene, very clean Environment: There is a small atrium garden, which is quite good Service: The boss is very nice. He helped with the luggage and sent breakfast. He greeted us with a smile every time we met. He is very friendly. When we checked out, the boss took the initiative to send us to the high-speed rail station. I would consider it next time.

Meticulous service including pick-up and drop-off, oxygen supply, and temporary luggage storage, clean and comfortable large beds, clean and tidy bathroom, simple and beautiful courtyard environment, light, moderate and delicious breakfast, suitable for everyone.

Very satisfied with what I saw in Xiaohongshu. The location is very good. It is convenient to go to surrounding attractions. The boss makes breakfast himself. The bathroom and shower are separated. It is quiet at night. The hot water is convenient. It is a great experience.
