exceptionally beautiful hotel, with great location right in the middle of balacun (bala village) everything in the room works perfectly too, i especially like the wonderful bathroom amenities and there are a lot of heating elements to help me cope with the cold, the cute little ducklings are very attractive as well the absolute highlight of this stay would be the people, I am very grateful to many people!! thank you very much, I had several issues due to my miscommunication and language barrier, but 胖卓玛 and 格桑 the front office manager helped me tremendously 🥹 I am extremely grateful to them ❤️ I had issues with transportation and even worse i lost my extremely precious sunglasses at the snow mountain peak..... my heart was broken but 格桑 worked tirelessly to retrieve it, i run out of words, extremely grateful to the amazing people I've met in this hotel!! thank you very much, I will definitely come back here again, would definitely recommend this place to everyone 👍👍

酒店在巴拉格宗景區裏面，自駕進來開了很久，全是盤山公路，但進到酒店還是非常驚喜的！窗外景色很震撼，晚上很安靜，房間外面就是潺潺流水，有點在山上修道的感覺。酒店房費包含了景區門票，推薦去迴音壁、大峽谷參觀。

酒店位置位於巴拉村，我們去了迴音壁，有酒店管家扎西接送並陪同我們。可能是淡季，午後的時光靜悄悄，溪水潺潺，時光彷彿停滯，來一杯海拔3000米的青稞拿鐵，非常喜歡那一刻，就像童年記憶裏的故鄉。

房間很棒，前台小姐姐給免費升級了房間，每個房間都一個專屬管家，會幫你規劃和制定當天的行程。我走的時候手機忘記在房間，會主動聯繫你並幫助你寄回，非常貼心。工作人員也非常熱心，帶你熟悉路線，到坐車的地點坐車去佛塔參觀。酒店接送和景區接送的工作人員都很好，會非常耐心的幫你介紹巴拉村的歷史，還有創始人斯那定珠的偉大事蹟，並且帶你去景點並講解藏族人的信仰。兩位師傅都很善良，十分感謝你們的幫助和指引，山裡的風景宛如仙境，如酒店的名字一般-懸崖神蹟，下次回來一定會再回來多住兩天的💜

畢竟是老酒店，又在山裡，蟲子屍體比較多，硬件老化嚴重。餐食不好吃。但是住店可以有專車送各個景點，會安排遊覽順序還是挺不錯的。
