I had an excellent stay here! The property is peaceful and beautifully maintained, with a surreal environment and animals roaming around, which added to the charm. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. A special mention goes to 小八. He assisted with our luggage upon arrival (very helpful as the property does not have lifts), and personally ferried us on both check-in and check-out days. Their thoughtful service made the entire experience seamless. Another highlight was the nightly desserts, which were both delicious and a wonderful surprise. Overall, the service was top-notch, the environment tranquil, and the hospitality outstanding. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay.

We planned our trip to Yunnan quite last minute and luckily managed to book this B&B — and honestly, it exceeded all my expectations! The hosts were so nice, helpful, and friendly, treating us more like family than guests. They even picked us up from the train station and dropped us off, which made everything so convenient. We also had dinner at their restaurant — the food was pretty good too! The highlight was definitely the view from our room: a stunning, scenic view of Napahai that I’ll never forget. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Shangri-La. Hopefully, we’ll get the chance to come back in the future!

Absolutely loved our stay here! The service was top-notch — we got free pickup and drop-off at the railway station, and even free rides into town whenever we needed. Complimentary drinks were provided for both of us, which was such a nice touch. The place was super clean — honestly, spotless! And the location couldn’t be better. It's right near Heido Cafe, and hotel guests even get free drinks there too. Total bonus! We were also surrounded by the cutest, friendliest animals — it really added to the peaceful vibe. Plus, there were so many amazing photo spots; every corner was Insta-worthy! One big plus: the staff can speak English really well, so communication was smooth and easy the whole time. Overall, highly, highly recommended! You should definitely stay for at least 3 days and 2 nights — one night just isn’t enough to take in the view and soak up the serenity. So, so satisfying!

After looking at it online for a long time, I finally chose this hotel and booked it first. Because I had something to consult the front desk, but the front desk phone was always unavailable, so I was in a bad mood and was about to cancel it. However, because I really liked it and had already located the hotel, I didn't want to change hotels at the last minute, so I went anyway. Because we walked on the other side of the road, the road was a bit bad, and the hotel gate was not very big. It didn't feel worth it at all. After arriving, we were told that one room had not been cleaned up yet and we needed to wait for 20 minutes. My mood was really down at the time, but once I got to the room, the room was facing a large grassland and Napahai, and I instantly felt that it was worth it. I think if I could just take a walk on the boss grassland, I wouldn't have to visit Napahai. The room is very large and smart, with a terrace. It's very comfortable to sit on the terrace, and my mood became happy. I went to have afternoon tea while cleaning the room. The afternoon tea was also very unique and the environment was also very good. In general, it is worth it and highly recommended

I booked a Tibetan-style accommodation on the last day in Shangri-La, and it was really a surprise! The environment is so beautiful and so good! We took a lot of photos! Then maybe we were the only ones that day, the boss lady upgraded us to a view room, the view is super beautiful! The room is also very clean! Then I saw comments that the oxygen machine is a bit noisy, and I was a little worried before, but in fact the sound is really small, and I don’t feel it at all as a light sleeper. The boss’s family is very warm! When we went downstairs to eat in the morning, the boss’s wife asked us to roast the fire first, and then we chatted like at home. The breakfast was very rich, and the mother-in-law also asked us to eat slowly. When we left, she said goodbye to us, just like my grandma, and the experience was very good! I will definitely stay here for a long time next time I come!

I stayed at Shujia in Luoguqing on May Day and had a good impression, so I chose Shujia for one night in Shangri-La. Facing the Napa Sea, the room also has diffused oxygen supply, which is great. For dinner, we had Shujia's specialty ”Xiao Qing Spicy Hot Pot”, which was as delicious as ever. Next to the villa is Napa Sea’s internet celebrity attraction “City in the Sky”. The staff are very enthusiastic and will contact you by phone and WeChat early. The service is very timely. I am passing by Shangri-La this time, and will come again during the dry season next time.

Hotel is a bit away from the ancient town and basically anything. However, and it’s a big however, you are getting the view and experience of a lifetime. The mountains, the pets, the experiences the accommodation offers is unmatched. The service and the accommodation itself is exceptional. Everyone was welcoming and smiling and always trying to accommodate us. The rooms: beds were comfortable, toilet is the automated ones love love love!, projector experience, the view, I cannot fault this place and I would come back again if I’m at shangri la. My kids loved the pets experience!

Our stay was super amazing. From the environment, to the treatment from the owner and their friends. They’re so kind, sweet and they make us feel safe and belonged in their homeland. We couldn’t thank them enough for all their help, especially helping us drying our clothes, ensuring our food, cause we’re muslim travellers. They made late dinner for us cause we arrived quite late to the acoomodation. I love their accomodation and I love their hospitality as well their homeland. I will come again to this place and stay longer to enjoy all the sceneries and everything in ShangriLa.

These two days and two nights were undoubtedly the most relaxing, joyful, and fulfilling part of our entire 10-day journey! I've already provided a detailed review last night; this one is purely about the *feeling* of being here. Time here is meant to be truly savored, to simply *be*. I felt that venturing out to sightsee would almost be a disservice to everything this place offers. When the bleating of sheep and the gentle clanging of cowbells pierced through the morning mist; when lambs leisurely ambled past our cabin while a shepherd relaxed on the grass; when the sounds of children running and laughing drifted across the lawn in front; when the soft pitter-patter of rain graced our wooden balcony; when the warm, thoughtful reminders from the caring staff echoed in our ears; and when the owner personally drove us to the high-speed rail station early in the morning... these subtle details are where the true beauty of Shangri-La lies, and they will forever remain in my heart! Unfortunately, we didn't get to witness the magnificent starry sky due to the weather. I truly hope for another opportunity to experience winter here. And if I do, I wouldn't go anywhere else – no ancient towns, no Pudacuo National Park... I would simply want to spend a few peaceful days right here! If a projector were installed in the cafe, allowing children to watch animated movies on rainy evenings, I believe both parents and kids would be even happier!

A good place to relax and escape the heat, especially quiet and comfortable. The temperature in the south is 40 degrees. When you arrive in Shangri-La, you need to turn on the electric blanket at night. Who knows! I originally planned to stay for two days, but I didn't want to leave after I came, so I booked five days. I didn't go anywhere, just stayed here to relax, read books, and climb mountains. It was really comfortable!
