全程都不會見到房東的，房東把密碼發給我，我自己入住的，不認識的時候，可以聯繫房東，會發定位給我，讓我去找。這個房子裏海灘真的很近！衞生也可以，挺乾淨的。那個婚禮堂我朋友説晚上更好看，可惜我去到的當晚太累了，沒出去走走。#位置交通挺方便的，我是高鐵到汕尾站，下來直接坐公交的，也挺方便的。#衞生挺乾淨的哇，沒什麼灰塵啥的。#服務房東提前把密碼發我，讓我自己入住的，挺好的，密碼鎖來的。#房間設施有衞生間，陽台，挺好的，還有冰箱，但是不能做飯的。#性價比我覺得挺划算的，走去海灘也就10分鐘左右，很方便。

入住方便，離海邊也不遠，下樓走去海邊大概10分鐘左右。陽台大，能看到海，有遮擋也就是看到😳。在海邊玩有洗衣機那是相當方便點贊👍，投影機基本是個擺設，圖像太暗，清晰度也低😒。
金町灣浪大不能下海游泳，周邊商業也很多，去汕尾市區也不遠。

300左右的房間需要提高的地方真不少，一進門一股濃烈的消毒水氣味，直到第二天早上還沒有消除。夜裡洗澡浴室居然爬出4隻蟑螂，小孩子嚇得直接從浴室裏跑出來。房間裏投影放不出來，衹能連手機投影，燈的開關居然不在床頭，搞不懂廣東這邊的民宿都這樣設計！不過有一説一，房東人倒是蠻好的，積極溝通，雖然沒解決問題😂
