Great value for money

It is very confortable hotel, the bed is very confortable with quite sorrounduing

The hotel is great, very nice and totally comfortable. I stayed 25 floors the club area designed with beautiful view, all food delicious. Evan is so nice with Professional service. 👍

The swimming pool was not in service.

Nice hotel kind staff

We booked a 60 square meter room. The whole room design is not very good, the master bedroom is a bit small. The cocktail set provided by the hotel is very unpalatable. The hotel food is also unpalatable. The porridge ordered in the morning was salted, and the cocktails in the evening were also salted.

Because we were traveling with children, the front desk helped us upgrade to a larger executive room. Even during the May Day holiday, the room service was very timely. The restaurant buffet did not have many varieties, but the service was very good. The waiter kept coming to ask about our needs.

From Shanghai, we went on a parent-child hike to Meiwu Ancient Road. We didn't want to drive too long to downtown Shaoxing after getting off the mountain in the afternoon, so we chose the Marriott nearby. The hardware of the newly opened hotel last year is absolutely online, and the software service is also in place. The staff will take the initiative to greet the guests when they enter the door. Although the five-star training should be the same, many old Marriotts in Shanghai and other Jiangsu and Zhejiang rarely greet guests when they see them. Executive Select is a little more expensive than ordinary executive, but the selected rooms are all corner rooms, with larger areas and 180-degree floor-to-ceiling windows, although there is no scenery outside. The executive lounge is simple biscuits and soft drinks in the afternoon, nothing special, but there is a freshly cooked noodle stall during the happy hour in the evening, which is not seen in other hotels. There are other ordinary basic fried rice and fried dishes. It is absolutely no problem to have a full meal in the lounge at night. There is a seat for breakfast on the first floor, and all the food is available. The breakfast of the Marriott series tastes good. The equipment in the gym is very complete, and the configuration of the new hotel is good. The only disadvantage is the location, which is relatively remote. If you want to drive to the city, it will take another hour, but I didn't expect the occupancy rate to be low at all.

The decoration style of the whole hotel is low-key and grand. The hygiene and service are satisfactory. The hotel's buffet dinner is also OK, with many options. The green vegetable noodles with peppers in the morning are very delicious! The lady in charge of the swimming reception is also very nice. The swimming pool is clean and sp****ly populated, so you can enjoy it with your kids. It's just that the hotel is far from some popular attractions in Shaoxing, but it's also good to play in the hotel for one day.

The breakfast waiter has no sense of service. He can't see with his eyes and can only shout. 🙁 Even if a five-star hotel asks me to shout, I feel that the quality is poor! ! ! He never took the initiative to collect the empty plates, and just raised his hand and pretended not to see it. He had to shout loudly several times before he would pay attention to you. The service awareness needs to be improved!

The service attitude was very good. The room facilities were new and clean, but there was no smart toilet (the executive room had one). Due to the noise from the guests upstairs, the service staff was very considerate and temporarily arranged an executive room on the second top floor for the second night. As for breakfast, I went there on the first day when it was just opened, and many meals were not prepared. Some chefs were not very friendly. I reported this to their foreman, and the situation improved greatly on the second day. The overall experience was very good.
