假期帶着爸媽和舅舅舅媽一起來紹興遊玩，這家酒店是我的首選，果然沒讓我失望。酒店前台小姐姐很熱心，也很耐心，看爸媽和舅舅舅媽年紀有點大了，不但幫我們免費升級了房間，還特地幫我們安排在一樓，讓我們方便多了。這裏的服務員態度都很好，很仔細，有問必答，房間也很乾凈。酒店裡風景更不要説了，處處是景，空氣又好，有獨特的江南味道，魯鎮裏面適合長者散步，很方便。爸媽和舅舅舅媽住了都説很贊，都説住這裏，一切都放心。

作為紹興古鎮裏面的酒店，地理位置很是優越，步行便可進去。酒店裝修很現代，景區整體古色古香，充分突出了南水鄉的特色，景秀目不暇接。房間也寬敞明亮，佈局典雅舒適。

酒店位置得天獨厚就在柯巖風景區魯鎮裏面，接待員小姐姐幫我們送了地圖，告知我們景區遊玩路線，介紹了特色店，真是周到滿意的服務，辦理好手續先去房間休息休息，準備等着去看夜景，晚上夜景真漂亮。

酒店前台小姐姐提前電話聯繫後到停車場來接，還幫忙拿了行李，感謝！酒店在柯巖風景區魯鎮裏，環境真的好，小橋流水人家，酒店給我升級了房型，可以直接看到湖景，還送了歡迎水果，贊！早餐不是自助，但是量足，品種多，營養搭配，棒！還坐了烏篷船，感覺到魯迅先生筆下的紹興，踏在這個古鎮，尋當年阿Q印記。。。吃了茴香豆，此次週末的印象深刻

酒店就在景區裏，風景自然不必説，特價套票也給遊客提供了許多方便。對這家酒店特別認可，在於她們的服務細緻，出來接我們的姑娘就很有親和力，主動幫我拿行李，前台接待的姑娘也是非常善於溝通，走的匆忙都沒來及問問姓什麼，很好的一家酒店，會推薦朋友來，這次時間短暫難免遺憾，下次多住幾晚！

1260元一晚的廣角湖景親子套房，絕對不值！因為根本不是套房，就是一間大床房硬加了一張單人床，並排擺着 衹有一個小牀頭櫃，更令人匪夷所思的是小床床頭正對着一個插座兩個開關（見圖1、2、3），一般小床是給孩子睡的，太不安全啦！第一天晚上無奈衹好把床挪開離牆壁一段距離，在我要求酒店採取措施遮擋一下電源插座後，第二天早上給貼上了一張即時貼！哈哈😄這就是他們的措施。房內可擺放東西的地方除了牀頭櫃，就是一張小小的茶几，沒有行李架，行李箱要打開衹能攤在地上，我七十多歲的老母親要拿取東西衹能蹲在地上，我實在看不下去衹好把她的小箱子放在一個沙發座位上。在我的要求下酒店第二天早上給了一張小桌子。整個房間設計不合理，沙發旁邊牆上有兩個插座（圖5），周圍沒有任何桌椅可用，是想讓我們懸掛着給手機充電嗎？有一處類似廚房櫥櫃（圖7），但是位於採光差的角落，牆壁和地面都是黑色瓷磚，天花板上衹有兩個小射燈，夜間照明根本不夠，實際沒什麼用處。最絕的是洗手間雙台盆，但是枱麪的高度為什麼設計得這麼低啊？懂人體工學嗎？我身高168，站直了手臂自然下垂都夠不到枱麪，每次拿取東西都要彎一下腰，是想讓我腰肌更勞損嗎？號稱度假酒店，房間設施甚至比不上普通經濟型酒店，除了早餐廳外未見其它度假設施，在悶熱的梅雨天氣裏二樓走廊都不開空調，一出房門就一股熱氣。這一切跟度假、跟舒適一點兒都不沾邊。真以為客人們不懂嗎？

環境：酒店位於湖邊，景區入口，出入都很方便，環境也漂亮
服務：我們訂的湖景房，入住的時候，免費給我們升級了一間商務房，也是湖景的，房間很大很漂亮，我家長者很喜歡。感謝前台小沈，我們退房的時候主動詢問我們怎麼離開，得知訂的送機的車，幫我們搬行李到水對面的電瓶車 用電瓶車送我們到景區入口。因為有兩位長者，這真的幫了我們大忙，家裡長者很感謝，謝謝你們的優質服務

位置很好，停到2號停車場過個橋就到，就在魯鎮大門口，出行很方便，步行到柯巖景區大門3分鐘，開車到柯橋古鎮10分鐘，早餐簡單而精緻。唯一不足是我住在一樓門口的位置，距離餐廳很近，早晚有點吵。

酒店在魯鎮景區入口處，晚上沒人的時候逛逛景區挺愜意的。房間臨水，躺在床上看碧波粼粼、垂柳依依，偶有白鷺掠過，間或燕語呢喃，感覺真好。服務挺不錯，管家小蔣的態度很好，臨走還送了一小罐黃酒做伴手禮，贊！
