The room is on the 5th floor. It's going to go up one floor, but it doesn't matter that the situation above is better. There is delicious food downstairs, just by the road, but it is still a bit away from Lu Xun's hometown.

酒店位置是真的好，走路十多分鐘到底魯迅故居景區，可以一併參觀沈園。對面是銀泰百貨，很大的一個商場，餐飲應有盡有，早飯一出門左右都是可以吃早飯的小餐館。房間也還行，熱水很好，旅行居住也足夠了。

房間旁邊就是飯店的煙囱，油煙味都飄進房間內，隔音效果非常差!外面煙囱風機聲音很大，樓上也是吵得要命!害的我們一晚上沒睡好。前台服務員的態度也是非常差，感覺像是我們欠了她錢一樣，板著臉語氣生冷，一臉的不耐煩，這樣的酒店我們是不可能再來了,還好衹是住一個晚上，多住一天都受不了!

房間味道很大，一股黴味。空調聲音超級大，噪音太大了，一夜沒睡。前台態度很差勁，知道有問題還不解決，並且根本無意幫助房客解決噪音污染，服務態度罕見的不像話。這就是紹興人的待客之道，罪過罪過了。想投訴也擔心無人過來管。唉，想必魯迅知道之後會醒來罵幾句，蔡公也很失職，之前是怎麼教育你的家鄉人後人，如此不堪。衹想速速離開此地罷了。

胖一點的那個前台，辦理入住時板著臉，那態度非常差。退房時，那態度更差！還不如門口停車的大爺去做前台，至少正常説話。
