總體還可以。酒店別吝嗇多給幾瓶水就好了。別的酒店都是隨便喝水，正好感冒了，想多喝幾瓶水，這個酒店不給，説固定的每個房間兩瓶水。多喝要花錢買。

所有崗位的工作人員的態度都非常不友好，早餐那幾個**很優秀，客人去吃早飯她坐在那等着人把早餐卷送到她手裡，個個都一副冷漠的表情，詢問什麼也不好好回答，跟吃她家飯不給錢似的。客房打掃衞生那個**更是無語，頭天特意打了招呼我房間不需要搞衞生，結果第二天早上9點多 我還在夢鄉就擅自開門進來，被刷卡進來的聲音驚醒過來，起身一看卻沒有聲音和人，我問了好幾遍是誰都沒有人迴應，過了一會才從拐角探出一個頭來偷偷看我床這邊，跟*一樣，***嚇死我了。。。讓她出去 她毅然決然的把衞生間燈打開了，我再次厲聲要求她趕緊出去她才出去，衞生間燈也不關上，我困死了被她這麼一嚇靈魂都出竅了 差的被送走，衞生間那個燈開着會照着床這邊 讓眼睛不舒服，我衹能起去關掉，總體來説很無語，每個崗位都沒有專業的服務意識，很差勁！！！
