床墊非常糟糕。是那種很差的床墊，然後上面給你鋪兩層被子加厚，再在外面套床單。被套也很多都存在破洞。我一共住了三次。為什麼發現不好後繼續住呢？原因是因為它離學校真的很近。不然這種很差的環境早就接受不了了。還有接受不了的一點就是他的窗户不是那種隔音窗户，而是家裡的普通窗户，所以晚上睡覺會比較吵。其次存在棋牌房。而酒店隔音不太好，如果在這種房的對面真的很吵，我第三次住的時候就被安排到這麼一個的對面了，晚上那個體驗效果真難受。跟前台溝通了，但是也沒有用，他衹是去提醒了他們，結果也沒有換房。且前台是已知我先住的，而且我需要一個很安靜的環境，還是把我對面那個棋牌房開了，還存在給棋牌房開錯房卡，然後開我們這邊門，敲我們這邊門的這種情況。我和我的同住室友兩個女生真的那晚被嚇住了。收起

不知道怎麼説，住過目前來説最讓我失望的吧，頂樓還有一個大大的都之都賓館的招牌，前台來的時候還沒人，就是賓館改造的，第一次來邵陽對高鐵站出租車酒店都很失望

#衞生剛進去的時候有點懵，感覺這個房間應該很久沒住人了（如圖：水壺上有灰、衣櫃裏有沒清理的紙、椅子有點臟、牀頭櫃隨便一抹就是灰）再加上剛到的時候對面住的兩男的開着門，讓人很警惕，所以開始印象不是特別好。先説一句連住了兩天之後其他方面還是體驗不錯）#服務服務還是不錯的，一來就送了一瓶冰水，也很熱情；兩次住兩晚中途有阿姨來問要不要打掃；中途還有工作人員進來修復網絡，讓每個房間都有網，這個還是很好很方便，就是工作人員是兩個男的，沒穿工作服，我一個人當時住還是有點不敢開門的。#位置交通位置不錯，離汽車南站和邵陽站都很近，附近吃的也很多。#房間設施看起來應該是比較老牌的酒店了，用的東西都很經典，設施也基本都很好用，是可以加分的地方。水熱得很快，水量也正常，很不錯。#性價比整體説性價比不錯，可以選擇，建議經常檢查一下衞生情況，換一下用舊的設施，衹有這一點不足，其他都還可以。

整體還行吧，還比較乾淨，房間有點像那種出租屋改造的，牆上很多電鑽孔，設備比較舊了，價格小貴
