Dirty Bathroom. After an order Noone told me it arrived or used the robot to send it to the room. I won't use it again. Only good thing is the shuttle service to airport

It is very convenient if you need to take a plane, they provide free shuttle to the airport, which is only a 5 minute drive. The hotel is old and a bit dirty. They provide breakfast with some simple dishes. Overall is just OK, nothing special.

The location is very convenient. Walkable distance, but can take free shuttle as well. Overall experience is nice if you need to have a long layover time and don’t know where to rest.

It’s about 2km from the airport. Got a drop off service at the airport. The room is big. I booked the non-smoking room, but it’s typical in China that you smell the smoke everywhere.

The location of the hotel was as specified and there was no trouble finding it. The building is very old, and it actually shouldn’t have mattered if the amenties and interiors were maintained but as many of the other reviews about the hotel have mentioned, the carpet has taken such a beating! It is too hard not to notice . The room assigned to me had a comfortable bed, and beddings. But the thermostat was broken. Peak winters and yet i had to leave the window a bit open so that there was a balance of temperature in the room. The staff are very nice and friendly. Overall, a decent stay if you’re looking for a place to crash at night before a flight the next day.

Staying at this airport hotel was a practical consideration for a fairly early morning flight the next day. Breakfast buffet was terrific but it would have also been nice if their restaurant had still been open at 8 pm - as there is NOTHING else nearby. Bed was hard, and both public area corridor and room carpet have seen heavy traffic - and need replacing. Airport shuttle only goes once every 30 minutes even though the round trip is just 11. Surely something can be done to improve this service. Having access to a shuttle was a major reason I booked Shenyang's airport hotel.

Actually, this hotel is one of the most disgusting hotels I’ve been so far and I travel a lot。 this is definitely not a four-star hotel

Second time to stay at this hotel! Good breakfast as always. ☺️

Close to the airport but not the cleanest

Just ok. Check out by 14:00. It was nice for a person who have afternoon flight.

Good location

Overall it's pretty good, the hygiene and service are good, the breakfast is simple but there are many varieties and it's delicious. I've taken many flights and I always stay in this hotel, the location is excellent and it's very convenient to go to the airport.

Although the hotel is relatively old! But overall it's very nice and clean! The front desk clerk was friendly! The security staff are very helpful! Breakfast was very good! I would stay again.

Let’s talk, this is not the first time I’ve stayed in this hotel. I had an early flight the next day and stayed here the day before. If you are afraid of sitting at a table when you first encounter it at breakfast, put the table away if you are afraid of sitting, or fold it up and put it in a safe I sat down and had my meal. You told me that you can’t sit at this table? You eat in the back and don’t wait at the entrance. You go to the back to eat during working hours. You sit in the wrong seat. You yell in the back. What’s the impact? What is your position here? Shenyang business card!
