The hotel facilities are new, the room layout is good, and the smart IKEA-style design makes you feel relaxed as soon as you enter! There's a lounge area with a spacious booth design, perfect for chatting, drinking tea, and ordering takeout! There's a small refrigerator on the sink, great for storing milk tea, milk, and pastries. The bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, which I really liked! Takeout is delivered to the room by robots, which is very convenient and well-managed. The staff are warm and attentive. I took some aged white tea home to enjoy; I'll leave another review later.

Environment and Facilities: The hotel boasts a high-end and elegant décor, a spacious and bright lobby, clean and tidy rooms, and soft and comfortable bedding. The bathroom facilities are also advanced, with a thoughtful separation of wet and dry areas. The toiletries are of good quality, demonstrating attention to detail throughout. Service Attitude: The front desk staff were warm and attentive, providing efficient and quick check-in, and even proactively upgraded my room! Room service was responsive, addressing any needs promptly. Location: Extremely convenient transportation; within walking distance of Beiling Park, and surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores, making it ideal for both tourism and business travel.

It is particularly convenient. The alley next to the hotel is a street selling various condiments and pickles. [Service] The lobby is on the 6th floor. Take the elevator to check in on the 6th floor. There is an elevator control card to go to the floor you are on. If you have anything to call the front desk, you can get through immediately. They even offered to get us water when we walked in. It’s great to have late check-out if you have something to do! The service is very friendly and the voice is sweet. Feel at home! [Facilities] There are no dead corners, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the room has a corner sofa and tea sets, tea leaves, a small refrigerator, and mineral water is provided! Open and bright ~ the room is particularly smart, with electric curtains! The toilet is automatically flushed and heated. There is a night light next to the bed, so you won't be in the dark when you wake up at night. The room has a floor heater and you can wear short-sleeves in the room without getting cold at all. It’s my first time to experience the whole season, and I’m extremely satisfied. I will choose it many times in the future. The Jixi Tower store is a great experience.

The front desk lady is very nice! Awesome, helped a lot, the hotel location is also very good, very close to the hospital, the location is super convenient. There are quite a lot of breakfasts and the overall is very good. I still want to thank the staff for their enthusiastic help to make this short trip a complete end. The decoration is very new, consistent with the pictures. I always choose the all-season hotel when I go out. I wanted to ask for an extra quilt, but the room was full during the Chinese New Year. Fortunately, the air conditioner was powerful and it was not cold at all.

The hotel room was very quiet, the long corridor, and told my friends that this was the longest corridor I saw in the hotel I stayed in. The room was clean and tidy, no smell. The room originally booked did not bring breakfast, the weather was not good, it rained, and the takeaway could not be ordered. I wanted to buy the hotel breakfast. The front desk also gave it away for free. I was surprised and thank you very much. It is worthy of the whole season, as always.

This is our 3rd night with this hotel after we visited Dandong on 12.09.2024. We enjoyed to stay this hotel because it is new & the location just in 200 metres away from Shenyang Palace museum. 200 metres away from metro Huiyuanmen station. The female staff member spoke so gently, and the male staff member was always smiling, making me feel incredibly welcome and comfortable.
