酒店Booking當中列明早上10時入住，第二天下午二時退房。當晚7:45才到達，竟然告知房間仍未打理好，需要等候20分鐘以上，前枱員工仍覺得理所當然，態度惡劣，其後下班的經理回來處理才有房，酒店有超賣情況出現。
我完全無法想像，晚上8:00無法入住的原因！
上房後，發現房間浴室有樹葉……
各位booking時請三思！可能有其他更理想的選擇！

原定是有窗的房間，但check in時前台給我沒窗的，感覺很侷促，之後換返原來的房間，帶一整塊落地大玻璃，房間很大，因酒店都翻新左，所以設施都不錯，但隔音有點差，會聽到樓下的汽車聲。但浴缸是漏水的，所以無法浸浴。
而且酒店原來是有提供時鐘，所以感覺有點龍蛇混集。

2月15日入住，通過攜程申請了開發票，提供了開票抬頭和税號等，按攜程上提示，應該退房日可以在前台拿到發票。
2月16日退房，前台沒有給發票，應該是漏開了，我沒有責怪前台，留了郵箱，手機號，等電子發票。
2月17日，沒有收到電子發票，聯繫了酒店，加了微信，聊天記錄見截圖。我再次給了開票抬頭，税號，訂單金額。先是反應慢，然後我催了後，讓我“稍等”，然後就沒下文了。
2月18日，一整天沒任何迴應
2月19日，整整兩天沒回應，再次聯繫酒店，聊天見截圖。這個解決問題的員工，該好好培訓培訓了。如果酒店管理層不知道該培訓什麼，那建議讓管理層先培訓一下。
再好的硬件，碰到拉胯的管理，結果也衹能讓大家添堵。麗楓，加油！
