This hotel is absolutely awful, it should just shut down! I booked a standard queen room, and when I arrived at the front desk, they told me they were 'upgrading' me to a Fuji room for free. When I got to the room, it had no windows and reeked of mildew. They eventually moved me to a room with a window, but then a strong cooking odor wafted in whenever I opened it because there's a snack street right downstairs.
On top of that, the front desk told me I'd have to move all my luggage out of the room the next day because I couldn't stay in it. It's incredibly inconvenient for a hotel to create problems and then expect the guest to deal with them.
Also, a major warning: this hotel doesn't provide essential toiletries like disposable slippers or hand soap. The slippers they did provide were disgusting. The hairdryer was a cheap, awful one that left my hair frizzy and was full of dust – absolutely gross and unsanitary.
Furthermore, the air conditioning is useless; it has no heating function, so it gets very cold at night. Deliveries aren't brought to the room door, so you have to walk a long way to the entrance to pick them up. And there was no hot water for a shower in the middle of the night, among other repulsive issues.
It honestly feels like this hotel only exists to annoy people. If you can't run a decent hotel, then don't run one at all. Staying here was a completely sickening experience.
