Couple Expert Boutique Hotel (Dongmen Old Street Station)

The sleep was quite comfortable and the location was good. The bathroom wasn't ideal, but the upside is that it's close to Luohu Port, which makes it very convenient for me to go to Hong Kong. So, I'm giving it four stars.

The hotel's location is excellent! There are so many great food options downstairs! The front desk service is fantastic! It's very close to the subway station, making transportation super convenient! You can easily get anywhere from here!!

It was just okay. The room size was neither big nor small, but there were some hairs left in the bathroom that weren't cleaned properly. The staff's service was alright. There are many street food options downstairs, and it gets quite lively at night.

I chose the cheaper windowless room, which looked neat in the pictures, but it was just a bed inside, extremely cramped, and very damp. I booked for two people but only got one bath towel. The sink had no tooth-brushing cups or hand soap. No matter how minimalistic your room is, you'd think hand soap would be a given. The air conditioning was noisy, making it hard to sleep. The hotel is only one floor, and the rooms are like a maze; it takes at least 4 minutes to walk from the front desk to my room. Delivery services aren't allowed to bring food to the room door, which is incredibly inconvenient.

The front desk staff was incredibly kind and even upgraded us to a king-size bed room for free. The breakfast was plentiful and the room itself was lovely. It really added a warm touch to our trip, thank you!
