The best beach hotel in Shenzhen. Very cooperative hotel staff, specially would give a huge shout out to the hotel manager Gary who went out of his way to ensure I had everything i needed and accommodating special requests without hesitation. Its mostly due to such warm service (apart from the nice hotel view and breakfast) that i would highly recommend others booking this hotel and i would go again there too!

Location is great and the beach is quite private away from crowd. Beach is great with silky sand and the outdoor pool is just adjacent.
Lots of activities for the kids to play and explore.

Generally speaking very clean, except the utility corner inside the shower room
Staff very helpful and easy communicative even with my poor Mandarin
Buffet breakfast wasn’t the top notch but sufficient
I will recommend to my friends and come back again at the low season lol

First time back to 深圳大梅沙京基洲际度假酒店 in 2025, and the weather was just warm enough for the beach. The hotel staff, Zero, made sure my reservation needs were met and ready prior to my arrival. After I checked in the first day, she also checked in with me and my family to see if we needed anything else.
There were a lot of seaweed washed up onto the beach this time, and the hotel had staff cleaning them away to keep the beach clean.
Again, amazing service from Zero and the rest of the hotel staff!

Second time and surely will be the third one. Air conditioning shall be better regulated in the restaurant and corridors, it was too cold and not temperatures are relatively low.

This hotel is fantastic, and the service is exceptional! A special shoutout to Steven Wang, who went above and beyond to assist us on our first day by helping us with the shuttle bus to Hong Kong. On our last day, when the bus was a bit delayed, he once again took the initiative to check on its arrival time and location.

Great hotel for families and couples. They offer a free 30 min photoshoot with 5 e-photos free. Photographer was professional although he only speaks Mandarin. Calm and quiet hotel during non peak season.
