Location just nice, Fumin station-exit B can see the hotel.
Very nice service-they helps to do birthday room decorations , free laundry service when we travel out, so that we don't need to wait till laundry done.
The staff also very polite, speak gently!

The rooms are very beautiful! Service by the staff is. great too. There is complimentary beverages at the reception too.
Just a heads up that there are multiple Qiuguo Hotel branches so just need to make sure you are heading to the right branch!

We stayed at this hotel for our two day flight transfer in Shenzhen. All staff here were very friendly, nice, polite and helpful. We can't read Chinese but can speak basic Mandarin and conversational Cantonese. On the day of our check-out, the front desk receptionist, Xie Zhiju helped us to hail a taxi from the main street and direct it for pick up at the hotel's entrance as we were travelling with a few big luggages. Her service deserves a 5 star. Other front desk receptionists were very helpful too but unfortunately, we do not know their names. This hotel's location is central and the room we stayed in was very spacious. The hotel also provides various small/lights snacks and drinks at their reception/lobby. There are a few restaurants nearby which is convenient for meals anytime of the day. We had a pleasant stay. Thank you!

Good location and one of the train exit is just next to it. There's a night market nearby and alot food options available. Walkable to exhibition center, about 10-15minutes. The toilet flush is slightly louder than usual, lighting settings is kinda weird as they have setting mode and everything you pluck in the room card, the curtains and TV (basically all electronics) will turned on. There's an Baidu smart home system where you can command it to close or open any electronic advice. There's pros and cons.

The room was really clean and well stocked with amenities. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating at all times. Staff knew Mandarin and Cantonese, plus, were willing to use a translator for anything I didn’t know in Cantonese!

This Little hotel is absolutely brilliant 👍🏼food & Restaurants are everywhere. The MTR are just round the corner. And If you want to have massage there are a few very well known places 2/3 mins walk. staffs that work at Qiuguo, they are very pleasant and polite. As soon as you enter the hotel lobby, one of the staffs will come over with a cup of Chinese tea for you to drink 😍there are so many free small tasty snacks in the lobby for you to eat whilst you are checking in. The rooms are very clean and spacious. We stayed in twin beds which is also very comfortable. 6 of us, and we all love this hotel and the staffs. Definitely will come back to this hotel again.
