Winni and Coco, with their infectious enthusiasm and genuine care, made me feel like a valued guest from the very beginning. She was knowledgeable about the hotel's facilities and amenities, providing me with detailed information and answering all my queries with a smile. Her dedication to customer satisfaction was evident as she consistently went the extra mile to fulfill any requests I had, ensuring that my needs were met promptly and efficiently. S, another outstanding member of the hotel staff, showcased remarkable professionalism and attention to detail. Their impeccable service skills and attentiveness were truly commendable. Whether it was arranging transportation, recommending local attractions, or assisting with any concerns I had, S was always there to provide assistance with a friendly and welcoming demeanor. The extensive services provided by Winni, Coco and S truly elevated my experience at UrCove hotel. The hotel is very nice and all the facilities work as advertised. The staff was helpful and responsive. However the location is in an office building heavy neighborhood and there were not many good food options within walking distance. I would not say the subway is easily accessible either. However, it was not difficult/expensive to take a taxi to more restaurant focused neighborhoods.

Perfect for a quick business trip. I also left some belongings in my room and the staff were kind enough to help me retrieve them.

Great hotel! The rooms are nice and good quality, offer nice views, the staff is friendly and helpful. You can do laundry for free and the gym is also not bad. If you have a reason to be in this area, this is the hotel to choose.

To explore the area, you would need to use Didi, as there are no attractions or amenities within walking distance. This location is more suitable for those who have access to transportation.

Location is good, area is very quiet actually not far to metro station. Service was very best, and hotel provide me also free breakfast 🫶🏻 will i choose next time this hotel definitely yes 🙌

Room is new and clean, staffs are polite and helpful for all questions. Japanese style room with very nice window view make good vibes for all time in the room, the only problem is the smart view connection of phone didn't work successfully, hope this can be fixed in future. Highly recommend to choose this hotel.
