The hotel front desk is on the 31st floor, but a dedicated elevator makes access very convenient. There's a laundry room and a gym; I used both and found them to be fully functional and well-maintained, not just for show. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the quality and taste are great, and I thoroughly enjoyed my meals. The service staff are all very enthusiastic and friendly. Any issues were promptly addressed. Cons: The hotel might be a bit older, and some facilities are showing their age. For example, the air conditioning wasn't very effective – it was hard to control and would inconsistently blow hot or cold. Overall: I'm very satisfied. It offers good value for money and is highly recommended. I forgot to take any photos, but the actual condition perfectly matches the pictures online, so I'll just use a few placeholders.

I booked lunch for the next day on the second night of my stay, requested that the food be served by 11:15, and paid for the meal in advance. The next day at noon, due to negligence of the staff, the serving time was delayed by about half an hour. Forty minutes later, there was still one dish that had not been served. However, due to the tight schedule at noon, I could no longer continue my meal and asked to return the dish that had not yet been served, but was treated badly by the manager on duty. The service of the restaurant staff was very good, but the manager left a very bad impression on me. I hope your restaurant will do better and better, and I also hope that the position of restaurant manager can be taken by someone with a stronger service-oriented mindset.

Every morning at breakfast, they made a strange, squeaky noise against the floor tiles, which was quite unpleasant. 3. The hot and cold water controls on the shower were reversed, and the labels were confusing. Even for a frequent business traveler like me, it took some effort to figure it out; it was far from intuitive. 4. Connecting to Wi-Fi required scanning a QR code and then copying the password. It felt a bit convoluted; simply providing the password directly would be much easier and less redundant. 5. The elevators lacked keycard access, and the fire escape doors had no security control, allowing anyone to freely access any floor via the stairs. This made me feel the security was quite low. 6. The central air conditioning could only be activated through a smart speaker; the wall panel buttons were completely non-functional. 7. The hotel's 1km distance from the train station was a bit awkward – too far to walk comfortably, but almost too short to justify a taxi ride. 8. The breakfast area was small, and the variety of food was limited. When I arrived at 8 AM, most of the dishes were already gone, and I didn't see any replenishment. I also couldn't see the kitchen area. 9. I couldn't get through to the front desk on the room phone. I wondered if the phone was broken, if there was a line issue, or if they were just busy. It was only after reaching out via the booking platform that I discovered the front desk extension was '6666'. This wasn't labeled on the phone itself, so naturally, I kept pressing the 'Operator' or 'Front Desk' buttons, which didn't work.

The hotel is not far from Shijiazhuang Station. It is not far from the subway station and has convenient transportation. When entering the hotel, the lobby service staff enthusiastically guided us to check in. Especially Xiao Jiang, who enthusiastically and patiently guided us to check the room reservation. Let us feel the different service of the hotel when we checked in for the first time. The room environment is tidy, clean and quiet. Opposite the hotel is the popular pedestrian street Wanli Temple Pedestrian Street, and there is also Jiefang Square around it. It is a quiet hotel in a bustling city. The hotel breakfast is rich and varied, and the taste is also good. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Shijiazhuang.
