床上用品沒換，入住的時候發現枕頭和床單有血跡和頭髮，做保潔的阿姨説太忙了沒顧得，肺都要欺詐了，後來給我換了一個房間但是心裏還是很膈應。一點退房，還沒沒到點就一個電話接一個電話的催。很不滿意。

房間窗户很小，晚上隔壁有水聲，其他的都挺好的，離大洋非常近，就在樓上，也方便，建議前台客服微笑服務。
