Rome Hotels with Airport Shuttle

"Front Desk service is sub-par and lacking in general knowledge to guests. Examples. 1. Hop On Hop Off booking from front desk Was told that pick-up and drop-off will be at Station A opposite the hotel. But end of the tour, we were dropped off at Station B and was told there's no bus going to Station A. We have to find our own way back due to unfriendly bus staff. 2. Restaurant Recommendation Was given wrong direction by FO staff and have to walk back to hotel again to reconfirm direction. 3. Airport Transfer to FCO T3 Booked 1 day in advance thru FO, but this morning when we went down to FO for check-out, there's no record ? Even though we were given a print out booking form from FO yesterday. Disappointed 1st hotel stay in ROME. However, hotel location is conveniently located near to Rome Termini."

"Need to use transport to access to the nearest metro station. Luckily there’s a free shuttle, however, it is shuttle only operating hourly. If too many takers, you will have to wait or take public transport your own. The free shuttle can only take 4 persons at once."

"The room was very clean and quiet at night, and its slight distance from the central train station actually made it feel safer. However, the hotel is located on a slope, which can be inconvenient if you're traveling with heavy luggage. The location is otherwise quite good, being very close to the Colosseum. Breakfast was just okay, and sometimes the plates weren't very clean. The staff were professional, helpful, and friendly."

"Overall, my stay was pleasant, since I was there for 7 nights. I got in before 10 am. My room wasn't ready, but they held my luggage until check-in time. So, I went out to explore for the hours I had to wait. Came back a little early (by 15 minutes) and my room was ready. They even brought up my luggage. The staff was nice, hospitable, and helpful. It's really right around the corner from the train station, and there are a lot of restaurants around as well. It's convenient to walk to the main attractions. It takes maybe 20 minutes to get to the Colosseum and the  Roman Forums. If you are walking to Piazza del Popolo, it's approximately 40 minutes away, longer if you stop to enjoy the scenery around you. The breakfast is buffet-style with a good variety, including coffee and orange juice. They even have soy and oat milk if needed.  I will say I was only given one free water the entire time I was there. I feel that no one should have to ask for that, and it should be replaced like everything else. Thankfully, there's a store around the corner where you can get water, and there is a fountain at the church, not far away, where you can fill up your water for free if you have your own bottle. Also, when I was going to check out, the left elevator's light was out, and the other elevator wouldn't move from the 7th floor. That was the only time I worried a bit because it was pitch black in there going down, so I hope that was fixed because it wasn't like that earlier.  I know a lot of people are worried about being around Roma Termini, and I can understand it to a certain point. However, as a solo traveler and a woman, I didn't feel in danger. There were some areas I'd avoid while walking, which was easy to do. "

"The room was a tad on the small side, comparable to some Japanese hotel rooms, but it was perfectly sufficient for two. If you're traveling with large luggage, fully opening suitcases might be a bit of a squeeze. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel's location, right by the train station, is incredibly convenient for public transport. It's just a 5-minute walk to the hotel from the train station if you're arriving from the airport. Also, there's a delicious crispy pork panini place nearby. A little tip: the bread can be a bit tough, so you might consider just buying the pork filling and putting it in your own bread later!"

"Location: 20 min walk to colosseum. It’s an uphill walk which is annoying but fine. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The area is in a quiet location and seems safe. Room: We booked a standard double room and the room itself is fine. The AC is good, the cleaning was good, the fridge was useful. No kettle in the room though Bed was too soft for me, I felt as if I was sinking. It was just two beds pushed together to make a double, so you can feel the gap in the middle But room is clean and modern and has plug sockets for your items Bathroom: Good size. The shower cubicle is large and has overhead rainfall head along with a handheld shower head. Good pressure. Good temperature control Towels provided daily. But the hairdryer is lacking in power. A common theme in most hotels Breakfast: Pretty decent. Pastries, cake, cereal, yogurt, tea, coffee, water, fruit juices, bread, cheese, hot items include eggs, bacon. The staff there are super quick to clear up tables. It’s good way to start the day and it’s in the hotel itself so you don’t need to venture out. Overall: Because it’s modern, the rooms are slightly larger 20+sqM compared to many Europe hotel rooms (11-18sqM) and the location is acceptable, it’s not close to the city centre, but a 20min walk is reasonable. The bed was bad for me. So overall, it would not be an automatic choice to return if coming to Rome again, however, if the price is good then the location, cleanliness, breakfast all make up for the bed."

"A resort hotel in the suburbs, the surrounding environment is quiet and beautiful. Very new, very clean, the staff is very friendly and proactive in providing help Because the hotel is far from the city and the bus service is not frequent enough, The hotel provides shuttles to the Vatican and the center of Rome, 5 euros per person per trip, and 15 euros per person per trip to the airport, but there are only 8 seats per trip, and reservations must be made in advance. If you can't make an appointment, you usually have to take a taxi. The accommodation fee saved by living in the suburbs is all used for taxis The breakfast is rich and well received."

"Big spacious room, tiny but comfortable bathroom. The room was clean, as you can see there are only some scuff marks from the trolleys of the people previously occupying the room. The location is good. Near a lot of restaurants, near the station but in a safe area, and with a metro station nearby. The only negative thing, no traditional bidet. The staff is super nice and accommodating. Really a positive experience overall for us. We will definitely be back."

"Great location, efficient speedy check-in. Super comfy mattress & pillows. Loved breakfast and gazing at the starry ceiling of the former chapel. John from the front desk provided excellent help for procuring a sim and lending me a charger. Breakfast was simple and delicious. Attentive service and good ambiance. I highly recommend this hotel for the friendly service and clean spacious room. Super quiet for resting and close to shopping galore and fountain, steps etc… would come again for sure!"
