"I wasn't satisfied. I only stayed in Milan for one night and booked a hotel near the train station to catch my train, but I didn't get a good night's rest.
Location: The location is good, very close to Milan Central Station. It's just two stops on Metro Line 2 to Loreto station. However, if you have large luggage, be prepared. Loreto metro station is very large, and the accessibility is terrible; many exits don't have elevators, or the elevators are broken! The closest metro exit to the hotel also has no elevator. My suitcase was too big, and eventually, a kind passerby helped me carry it.
Facilities: The hotel is relatively new, but I have to complain about the automatic sensor facilities in the room. The lights in the room are motion-activated. If you stay in the bathroom for too long, the lights turn off. The worst experience was that the sensor light in the room's entrance hall would suddenly turn on by itself in the middle of the night, flickering and making a ticking sound, which was very frightening. I got up several times in the middle of the night to check but couldn't figure out what was triggering the lights. I didn't sleep well all night.
Breakfast: Do NOT buy their hotel breakfast!!! This was the worst breakfast I've had in Italy. All the food is pre-made, and it's really hard to find such terrible bread in Italy...
When I woke up, it seemed like some insects had bitten my hand; my knuckles were red and swollen.
Note that the mini-bar is not free."
