Zola GuoThis is a fantastic hotel in an excellent location. It's about a 20-minute walk to the main shopping area, and there are many great restaurants and small shops nearby. The neighborhood feels very residential and safe, with no concerns about security.
I really have to commend the hotel's front desk staff. I was out shopping all day near the Duomo, carrying three bags, and took an Uber back to the hotel. When I got out, I somehow left one bag behind – it had my newly purchased jewelry and a handbag inside, worth over 50,000 RMB! I only realized it after I got back to my room.
I immediately rushed down to the front desk. The staff quickly checked the CCTV footage for me, confirming that I had indeed left a bag in the Uber, and it wasn't something I left at the hotel. At the same time, because Uber doesn't have a direct contact feature for drivers, and I hadn't gotten any response after reporting it to Uber's platform, the front desk attendant proactively helped me look through the limited information available on the Uber app. Eventually, he found the phone number for the Uber driver's registered company and immediately called them on my behalf. After several verifications, they finally got in touch with the driver, who confirmed he had my missing shopping bag and would return it within an hour. I'm incredibly grateful for the prompt and proactive help from the hotel front desk throughout this whole ordeal; I can't imagine what would have happened otherwise.

Mixed experience – good location and kind female staff, but very disappointing room and service from both male staff.
We stayed here during our trip to Milan. The hotel’s location is great, close to the Duomo and the train station and the room size was quite decent. The female staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated.
However, our overall experience was disappointing. When we first checked in, our room had a strong smell of urine. We informed the male staff, Lorenzo, who initially seemed helpful, but after we asked to change rooms, he started to show signs of annoyance. Instead of changing our room right away, he asked another young male staff member to spray air freshener. Unfortunately, the freshener mixed with the smell only made things worse and gave us a bad headache.
When we went back to the reception to request a room change again, Lorenzo became even more irritated and said we should have told him earlier — even though we already did. He then gave us a bottle of freshener to use for that night, but it didn’t help at all. By that time, there were no rooms left to move to, so we had to spend the night in the same smelly room.
On top of that, the toilet bowl wasn’t properly cleaned and still had stains, which was very unpleasant.
We would have given 1 star, but we added another star for the spacious room, convenient location, and the polite and kind female staff members.
Unfortunately, we wouldn’t stay here again.

The Armani Hotel is located in the heart of the bustling city center, with its main entrance facing the street and the cathedral not far away. The elevator on the left after entering goes directly to the 7th-floor lobby. The reception is to the left after exiting the elevator.
The hotel rooms are luxuriously designed, featuring the hotel's classic gray and black color scheme. The rooms are very spacious, a truly impressive suite. There's a hidden walk-in closet, various beautiful mirrors, and a perfectly functional iPad to control everything in the room. The internet is incredibly fast—faster than lightning!
The bathroom is absolutely elegant and spacious, equipped with underfloor heating. The bed and pillows are also perfect, undoubtedly top-of-the-line in Italy. Cleaning is prompt and meticulous.
Only minor complaints are the hot water temperature – adjusting it is like using a micrometer, otherwise it's either scalding hot or cold. Also, the doors are somewhat rough during construction and often don't close properly.
However, these minor issues don't detract from its overall quality; it's absolutely a top-tier hotel.

Guest UserLocation was great. Just across Milan Central Train Station and it was easy to navigate. 4 metro stops to the Duomo. Room was ok, big enough for 2 person but I’m travelling solo so it’s’more than enough. Room view was the offices next to our building. The only downside was the AC was not adjustable. It was kept between 24-25 degrees the whole time which was stuffy at times.

Guest UserI wasn’t a fan of this hotel mainly due to the fact that I was put in a room right next to the lobby entrance which was very noisy also the way that the room has been laid out while very minimalist is totally impractical especially when you try and have a shower. The shower curtain doesn’t stop the water from going all over the floor which makes the bathroom a bit of a health hazard since it’s covered in water after each shower. The beds are large and comfortable enough but my overall experience here was not enjoyable and would not recommend staying here again due to the noise. There’s a lot of vagrants on the streets at night time and they don’t stop shouting which comes straight through the windows when they’ve stopped the noises the internal lobby has music blaring quite loudly and the Hotel staff talk quite loudly also so it’s best to not take the bottom floor perhaps on a higher floor. It might be different but there would still be the issue with the vagrants shouting at night time

Guest UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout my visit. They even provided us with phone chargers when we needed them, which was greatly appreciated.
The housekeeping team was outstanding — the room was always spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Their attention to cleanliness really made a difference.
The hotel is also in a great location, making it convenient to get around and enjoy the surrounding area. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and hospitality exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

Guest UserThis hotel has a great location; it's convenient for getting anywhere. The subway station is just a 5-minute walk away, and it's also very close to the central train station, making airport access quite smooth. The basic facilities are decent, with everything you need, although the rooms aren't very spacious and the amenities are a bit dated. Overall, it's pretty good and offers great value for money, especially considering the price. There's a nice Turkish restaurant right outside the entrance.

Anonymous UserThe room itself was clean and quite minimalistic. Housekeeping deserves credit: the room was cleaned every day, towels were changed regularly, and the bathroom was kept tidy. In terms of cleanliness, there were no complaints at all.
However, the bathroom layout is a serious downside. The shower is extremely narrow, and because it only has a shower curtain instead of a rigid door, it is very uncomfortable to use. The curtain constantly sticks to your wet body, which makes showering frustrating rather than relaxing. On top of that, the water pressure is below average, so it takes longer to rinse off and doesn’t feel very refreshing.
Another major issue was the temperature in the room. Even with the heating turned on, it was very cold, especially in the evenings and at night. This significantly affected comfort and made the stay less pleasant, particularly during colder weather.
The room itself is quite small and basic, but acceptable for a short stay if you don’t plan to spend much time inside. The furnishings are simple, and everything feels a bit outdated, though functional.
In summary, this hotel might be suitable for a short budget stay in Milan if cleanliness is your main priority. However, the very narrow shower with an inconvenient curtain, low water pressure, and poor heating make it hard to fully recommend.
