Room was nice and comfortable. Services were very prompted too. Enjoyed the stay thoroughly.

Room is clean and spacious. Staffs are polite but the service is a little slow. Breakfast spread is average but airconditioned restaurant area is limited. Overall, a good staycation.

Location is good and near MRT station. Room is clean and air-conditioning is wonderful. Feel very relax in the room. Breakfast is not included in my booking but it should be good. Check in and check out is fast and staffs were wonderful during my stay.

This booking at the last minute was a steal considering the usual price. The mint room we stayed in came with a high ceiling and a great city view. The huge pool was great and the whirlpool and 2 dip pools at extreme temperatures were refreshing. Breakfast at the cafe near the pool looks like a make shift space with very basic spread. Quality of food was nothing to crow about. Nonetheless, we had a great relaxing impromptu getaway. Thank you for the hospitality.

Situated in a good location with close proximity to good food and retail needs. The service desk was very nice in allowing me to check in slightly earlier than usual. Room is standard, well maintained and most importantly, felt clean.

I tried my luck to check in early at 1.30pm and was given the opportunity by the staff. This is my 2nd time here & I really enjoyed the pool & the amenities surrounding this hotel.From food to shopping to food hunting all nearby. I am so loving this place.

Fourth stay at One Farrer Hotel and the lounge is as great as always! It was a pleasant surprise that Joni still remembered me. Room wise, there were somehow a lot of flies this time and the television and HDMI port were not working well.

Fantastic hotel and room. I stayed with my family and we were very happy. The room is spacious and nice.. location is very good... nearby the MRT and shopping mall.. also alot of nice food around the hotel.. will stay there again next time!!! Also.. they have a nice club lounge.. free food and drinks at certain hours..

Superb services was surprise with a cake for my hubby birthday and given spacious high room as i never expected turnout to be the very best staycation in this hotel would love to book again and the staff are so friendly and helpful.

Birthday staycation for bestie. We are back at this hotel as we enjoyed our last stay with our friends. Thank you Malek, Joni & team for making our lounge experience & stay as wonderful as possible.Checking in & checking out are fast. At the Lounge, even though some of food may look simple at times however the taste can be surprisedly delicious & of course not to forget the wonderful smile of Malek & Joni. They took extreme miles to remember what we like & surprise us from time to time with their sweet yet professional gesture. Thank you so much.

The location of the hotel is very nice, just above MRT station. We got there at 11 am, and they let us have an early check in, even gave us room upgrade! Thank you very much One Farrer Hotel, we will surely stay there again when we visit Singapore.

We booked this hotel for a recent family trip. It's a great hotel with amazing service. The people really took good care of us. From helping us book cabs, planning our day to noticing that we were there on a anniversary trip and leaving complimentary cake in our room! We were having a reunion in our room and were being a bit loud, the manager was gracious with us. While the rooms are the biggest SKYLINE STUDIO caters more to business clients, the service and people make it simply top notch. Everyone we encountered made sure that we had a good time. In the rooms, there are small attention to details that are delightful - such as day and night blinds which automatically open when you enter the room. Lights can be dimmed. There are nice coffee machines in the rooms. I was finding them hard to use, so someone came and showed me in the most patient manner. Also - MRT is in the same building. There's a mall across the street and lots of eating places nearby. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. AS WELL WE ENJOY SKY LINE LOUNGE . FOOD WAS AWESOME

Got an upgrade to higher floor and larger size room was much appreciated, but the internet access during my stay was too slow that I couldn't get my works done properly. Room service / In-room dining was not 24 hours as it closes at 10:30pm which is not ideal. Front Office staff at reception and entrance were nice with smile all the time, friendly & helpful.
