Price is cheap, so do not expect much of the amenities and place, but nevertheless Staff are accommodating and friendly.

Honestly last night is not so good coz unable to get room on 3rd floor but only on 2nd floor, n the bed is just next to window without noise isolation, whole night in the middle is being annoyed by a noisy constriction work sound outside

Soundproofing is poor, couldn't sleep as the guest opposite kept going in and out the room. Other guest using the toilet the sound can also be heard. Room cleanliness is bad too, cob web near the door

Other than the location (right in the heart of Chinatown) the hotel is totally not worth its expensive price. I stayed in 2 different rooms during my stay & the first room had bunk beds, it was horribly small that i felt like I was in a jail cell. Can't sit anywhere other than on the bed. The room is on the 2bd floor & it was super noisy from the music blasting from the vendors on the street. Impossible to get any rest. The 2nd room was an improvement being a windowless room & double bed, but still it has no where to sit other than on the bed. FYI both rooms wifi signal were terrible & TV never worked. No use informing the staffs because there's nothing they can do to help. On another note the front desk staff call Steve was very helpful & is a nice guy. You'll also need to have S$100 in cash ready for deposit upon check in.

If you have a heavy luggage please be mentally prepared to move up the flight of staircase before reaching the reception. After the reception there is escalator but still have a few steps to go manually. The toilet uses glass containers for shower gel and shampoo. When 1 of the containers dropped. There were glass fragments which is too dangerous to bathe as we are bare footed. Informed the reception but the fragments was still there

Sashi was beyond excellent, providing impeccable service throughout. From the moment I checked in, he was attentive, helpful and go the extra mile to assist me since I am a solo traveller, checking into the hotel for the first time. While the hotel was not a 5 star hotel, the service rendered by Sashi is 6 star. Strongly recommended!. I’ll recommend to my friends who wants to find an accommodation. Lastly, pls manage your expectation regarding the room. I have booked a single bed, so a normal single bed without anything fancy was provided. So it was definitely fine for me, given the price and excellent service!!!

Quick check in, location near to metro station. Overall alots of eatery and good food very near aroumd that area

The location is in the center of the crowd. Close to and everywhere, especially food centers.

Despite signs of older interior, this property is pretty unique and unlike many hotels you have been. Honestly I think it’s value-for-money and right in the centre of Chinatown, nearby the MRT for convenient car to get around especially for tourists. Sashik was amazing and gave tips on what to do around the area, and value offers I can enjoy! Thanks to Sashik and team - I enjoyed my stay and look forward to next time.

If you are Solo traveller, it’s just OK. Just just OK. They don’t even care/ check to do the cleaning daily (not even once throughout my entire stay - 5 days).

I book a single bedroom. The room is very small and located on the 3rd floor. When I checked in, the escalator was broken. The room light is very dim, and the air conditioner is not cool. Location is very good in the centre of Chinatown. If you are in budget, can go for it. Or else pay more to get better room.

I have never stayed in such a small room for the price across the 10 countries I have visited. This room consists of a mattress on the floor in about a 6ft x 6ft space. It has a kettle/jug with a cup and 1 tea bag supplied, I hate tea so was not impressed that they didn't even have a simple coffee sachet included, especially for the price of the room. I don't know how the bathroom passed building regulations when you cannot sit on the toilet due to it being turned sideways and 6 inches from the wall, prepare to ride side-saddle if you want to use it. I am only a slim person, so if you are not a slim person you will have great difficulty in using the toilet or even having a shower. I tried to take photos of the bathroom but it is just so small I had trouble doing that. They have escalators that do not work, so be prepared to carry your luggage up stairs. They need to invest in a vacuum cleaner and a broom because you can see the floors throughout the hotel are not vacuumed and the entry foyer is not swept. It really looks like the owners don't care anymore, and are just maximizing their profits from tourists That is the impression I got, especially when there was a family demanding a refund and not happy with the hotel. If it wasn't for the above issues, this place would have got a better rating from me, but a hotel that is diminishing with no money being spent on it will always turn into something people do not rate well. I would never stay again simply due to the bathroom being so small with a toilet you have to sit sideways on to use, and escalators that do not function forcing one to have to climb the escalator stair with their luggage.

I extend my stay as per the location. It is great for the price. Don’t expect a spotless toilet. The size of the room is quite small and we had superior room instead of standard. The bed is comfortable and the sheets seems cleaned.
