This stay has been a wonderful experience. We visited Singapore several years ago and stayed at this hotel, and for this trip we chose to return. The experience was just as great as before. In particular, we would like to thank the lobby manager, Thomas Wong. 👍👍He always greeted us with a warm smile and responded to our needs with great care and attention. On the day of check-in, he noticed that my daughter’s birthday would be at the end of August and thoughtfully arranged a birthday cake for her as a surprise. She was absolutely delighted! Our family truly enjoyed a pleasant 4-night stay at Goodwood! 👍👍👍😊😊

Very old hotel under renovation, mainly focused on catering then room hospitality. You will find yourself in a multistories noisy, disturbing and smelly dining mall with plenty of outside guests rather than a 5 stars pleasant hotel area. The rooms are no view or simply parking or inner messy courtyard view since is only two stories hotel with high rise buildings all around. The rooms moquette are dirty and never cleaned, full of ants 🐜 every where coming from the front courtyard. The main pool water is always too hot to swim since have white paved surface and no shadow, also you will be surrounded by all restaurant kitchen smell that are just in front off.  There is a secondary pool thankfully which is more quite but the design is awful cause more then half is less then 40cm high so impossible to swim! Resuming for the price range and hotel quality better stay at any Hotel81 or Ibis hotel at least you will save money and be less disappointed. Good luck to those whom may book Goodwood for their next stay!

Had a wonderful surprise when hotel provided a nice birthday cake for my twins. Thank you so much! Makes the celebration even more unforgettable! Our family enjoyed our time at the pool and location is very convenient, within 3 minutes to Far East Plaza.

Goodwood Park Hotel is a charming blend of history and comfort. The rooms are spacious, the service is warm, and the colonial architecture gives it a unique character. It’s quiet, relaxing, and right in the heart of town. Don’t miss their famous durian pastries—they’re absolutely worth the hype.

The staff are friendly and helpful, making me feel like I’m home away from home. Booked this staycation to do some work while celebrating my birthday. They prepared a small chocolate cake, along with a candle. The reception even helped me charge my powerbank overnight when I forgot to bring my cable. I love the beautiful corridors and immaculate mirrors, which allow for lots of photo taking! The room is spacious. I like the little balcony and the huge desk space for working. The hotel lounge is quiet and offers some privacy. There’s also tables near the pools for working. The swimming pools are very well maintained. The gym is particularly well equipped and clean (the cleaner was kind to wait for me to finish my workout at 1am before entering). Would come for a staycation again!

I had a wonderful stay at Goodwood Park Hotel. The service was warm, professional, and attentive throughout my visit — the staff made me feel very well taken care of. The facilities are beautifully maintained, blending a touch of heritage charm with modern comfort. I especially enjoyed the pools, which provided a relaxing spot to unwind. The food was another highlight — delicious, varied, and of high quality, particularly the local delicacies and desserts. Overall, it was a memorable experience and I would gladly return.

+ve: 1. Good location, short walk to far east. 2. Good sized room 3. Room is well equipped (eg. fridge, freezer, oven, multiple tables and chairs etc.) 4. Parking is just below the building. Very convenient. 5. Hotel arrange a nice little cake since its a bdae staycay. -ve: 1. Check in/out was quite fast, but lacks the level of professionalism as compared to similar hotels. No greetings/intro, directly asked for ID or singpass. And when guests didn't catch it, staff couldn't explain and called another staff over. Same for check out. Didn't check with the guest on how was the stay etc. 2. Lift broke down. Have to use the stairs, very inconvenient for families with young kids and stroller. 3. The alarm went off multiple times at midnight. And the tv turned on by itself. Abit eerie but it's just a one night stay so we didnt flag this out. 4th floor. 4. Balcony was quite sticky and dusty.

Excellent location right in the heart of it all. Orchard Rd is only a short stroll away. Nice hotel, I don’t know about it being a true 5 star hotel. I would rate it a 4 star hotel personally. we had a 70m2 room that was lovely with a large terrace, part of the Park Lane Suites which is not connected to the main part of the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was over priced but so is everything in Singapore 🤣🤣🤣

This is my 4th stay there, everything is fine except the television. Hope change the tv soon. Which can access to internet.

Fantastic stay! The staff were so friendly and helpful, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience — highly recommend!
