Sea Side Hotel

I was really upset as the people who owned Chatsworth hotel when I booked through ********** last year had sold the property so I didn't have anywhere to stay. I ended up finding another hotel which ended up being a small double which I had to share with my sister

We had it cancelled at the last minute by the hotel And they have not refunded me yet So a little bit disappointed

Place needs a total overall of all the rooms from painting to carpets. Ok if you just want a room with no frills

The room was clean water hot the room needs decorating and new furniture only there one night so was ok the staff were friendly and very helpful

Avoid at all cost in need off a lot of repairs lift didn't work which was no good to me as my son uses a wheelchair stair rail was wobbly and a l lot more. You get breakfast or anything. I asked for refund as I ended up moving to another hotel been told I might not get it DO Not Go HERE

On arrival there was two guests demanding their money back not a great welcome. Went to the toilet down in reception was covered in human waste and not clean at all. Our bed was meant to be a queen instead it was two single beds pushed together very uncomfortable had a bad back the following day. Window on balcony was smashed. Curtains had brown staines on them

We arrived early so couldn't check-in but left cases and came back to find no one about to check in and waited 15 mins before someone arrived. He gave me my key and that was it! I was eventually helped with my case (my hubby wasnt there at time) after I got to first flight of stairs and the lift didnt work. When I got to room it wasnt what i expected. Firstly when I booked I asked for sea view and this was a view of a wall! Secondly was told there was tea/coffee making facilities but there was a kettle, a few sachets of coffee and loads of sugar that was it.There was only one cup and two bath towels but no bath mat or hand towel. I went to plug in my charger behind bedside table and there was an empty burger box, a chicken nugget and a few chips!!!! My husband complained about all this and whilst waiting another couple were infront of him also complaining about having dirty sheets. They did eventually get us what we needed but no bath mat or hand towel just an extra bath towel. They said they didnt keep any in hotel. There also never seemed to be anyone on reception to help you. We will not be staying here again

no wi-fi,cups in room were dirty cleaned them myself before drinking out of them the accomodation was ok

Poor poor poor this hotel has so much potential of they just invested a little money the reviewers are bad all the way back in 2016 so they can't blame covid for the poor condition And just a heads up don't stay on the top floor there is no fire escape
